He has the product set up in the showroom so you can check the quality top to bottom. After an absolute 4 year nightmare dealing with the "cheaper" window company who did a complete botched job that resulted in repeatedly failing window seals, cracked glass panes, broken balances, water leaking through the windows and horrendous customer service, we called Precision back out. They confirmed that not only the windows were of very low grade, they were installed incorrectly. Although it is a very hard financial pill to swallow, we decided to have Precision replace all of our windows all over again. What a complete difference!!! These windows are absolutely amazing.
