Henry was very responsive and skilled with the repair. He was able to match the color of the wood. The repair is not noticeable. He went up and beyond to also repair some other areas for no additional charge. I will be using him when it comes time to refinish the entire flooring. I highly recommend Henry.

I'm currently a month and a half waiting for one reason or another for them to finish the furthermore of the baseboards and the door trim they installed was done poorly. This is coming from someone who has installed,baseboards ,trim doors ,drywall , the whole gambit. when I pay to have somebody do something I can do myself. It is due constraints I think they can do a better job than me. I know I can do a better job than them. I know a good installer could've done a better job than they did.

The crew was here at 7 am on installation day and got right to work. We had a large living room, an adjoining dining room and a long hall to do. They were there late into the day but it looks great and we really like the results. I would recommend this company to any one! I even called them that morning to tell them I had turned the air conditioning down very low to make it more comfortable for their workers, and left lemonade in the refrigerator for them. No one called to say they wouldn't be coming, yet when I got home, no work had been done. When I tried to call them this morning, no one answers the phone and the store is closed!
