Additionally, paint supplies, including ladders, drop cloths, etc. are all available. Paint is meticulously mixed and if necessary even matched. I brought in a piece of an old handrail and the customer service folks were able to match the color perfectly! Pricing may be a little more than non-name brand paints, however, I have found that Sherwin-Williams paints hold up against a lot more punishment for both interior and exterior surfaces. I brought in a genuine luxury item because I needed funds, and while I understand pawn shops have to verify authenticity, the way I was approached made me feel more like a suspect than a customer. What upset me even more was the way my bag was handled. While checking it, she pulled aggressively at the pockets and ended up creasing (I have photos from the day before) the bag instead of handling it gently and professionally. When someone brings in a luxury item, they expect it to be treated with care and respect *It took 2 employees 3 times to get her to come out of the safe room AND I called the day before inquiring when she would be available *She was telling another employee that my chain strap didn't look\feel authentic. So much for Greenberg's Repair Service, I Purchased a $1300 ring from GB several years ago, took…read moreinto store today to have it resized, which I fully intended on paying for. The only reason I even went there is because that is where the ring was purchased and the last time I sent it in to have it re-rhodiumed they polished the setting a little too much and really changed the appearance of the setting, so I wanted to see if that could be repaired as well. (yes... I still have all my receipts and amazingly, I also have the sales catalog that shows my ring) The saleswomen took my ring in the back room (supposedly to have their onsite goldsmith look at it) and returned rather quickly I would say no more than a couple minutes later and told me that my ring could not be resized. I was given a lame excuse for the reason. (this ring has a solid band in the back with no diamond setting in that area) so I took it to two other jewelers in the same mall, they both couldn't see any reason why GB said it couldn't be resized, so I am having a Greenberg's competitor do the work for me. I have purchased many pieces from Greenberg's over the years, but after today I will never buy another thing from them. The customer service has greatly decreased since they closed the Mall of the Bluff's location. That's okay though. Moving forward, I'll just buy my jewelry elsewhere. I mean who wants to buy from a jewelry store that refuses to fix their own merchandise. The service at Westroad's has much to be desired. If I could give them zero stars It would be more fitting to their service. I sure wish I could figure out how to contact GB's corporate office; I would surely love to hear what they have to say....ugh!!!!

But I custom designed a very expensive ring from here, however when I received the ring much later the diamond is set very obviously crooked. Took it back to had it straightened and it was returned with a prong out of alignment. Took it back a second time and they walked the ring behind a door for a few moments before bringing it back out to me saying it was all fixed, but it fact it hadn't been altered at all.
