You can't ever get any help from anybody at this menards. I worked at the location in Omaha 18 years ago we were told to approach every customer and asked them if they need any help. Every time I'm in this store I walk by numerous employees no one ask me if they can help me I notice with other guess too. I need a cart for a exterior door I was purchasing asked someone at the lumber desk and no one offered to help me. I also had to ask the cashier to get someone to help load it for me. These things use to be automatic for a menards employee to do even if I say no why not ask? I have sent emails to the corporate office and had the manager respond with a generic response they don't care it's about cheap labor and getting anyone who is willing to take a paycheck. I guess now they're double the size guess service is no longer important. read more
