I contacted Precision Garage Door Service on Tuesday at approximately 6:30pm. They had an appointment for the next day, but due to work neither my wife or I could be here for it. So we scheduled for Thursday. Mike arrived and was polite and professional. He inspected the door and provided me with multiple options. Since my wife wasn't here to stop me, I went with the top option. (Better to ask for forgiveness than permission) Mike installed all new parts, including a new motor, interior pad, and exteriors pad with code. He was efficient, and had everything repaired and replaced in a little over an hour. Then he walked me through the new system. Explaining everything, including the Warranty. He cleaned up everything before he presented the bill. The new system is quieter and smoother than the original. It was not inexpensive. But quality work never isI am hoping it last just as long as the original, which was (9) years. If not longer. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone who may need garage door service.

He told us the reason he doesn't mind telling us all of our new door options, including cheaper alternatives by his competitors, is that he truly loves repairing garage doors. He would rather fix up an old door and make it work than sell customers something they don't really need. The install was done and functional is a single day. Everyone was professional, the quality of the doors, mounting hardware and electronics where top notch. They installed both, plus an outside keypad, not part of the quote, no upgrade cost, and two led motion sensitive lights, also not part of the quote but installed at no charge.
