3 years ago we purchased an expensive white quartz from " better marble"but Jeffrey of Trinity…read moreMarble installation quickly shipped the kitchen counter and backsplash slabs without having us inspect them...this was disappointing as I wanted to check the colour shade # to ensure it was what we had paid 19k for supply and Installation. Most of the installation went well except for a quartz counter seam that was discolorated and appeared to be from a different shade # and skew than the rest of the quartz we had paid for. Most concerning was the discoluration seam was highly noticeable and was located right in front of the counter island stool area. When i asked Jeffrey why he had ordered a different slab shade he denied it was a different. I took a photo of the shade number beneah the slab and sent it to him, but he did nothing to remedy this issue. In addition at the beginning, i asked Jeffrey to book match the quartz installation, but he did not install it book matched. We paid good money for the workmanship but. Ultimately we were cheated out of proper quartz materials we had purchased from both Trinity and Better Marble. Think twice before you decide to use these companies.

Typically, with online, you get questionable quality and box stores are not great quality or super cheap or super expensive. Enter Budget Office Furniture! There are three rooms, entrance with new, upstairs with a combo of new and used and then the used room. Need a new or used desk? Check. Need a conference table? Check. Bookcases, filing cabinets, office chairs, tables, credenzas, hutches and so much more. If there is something that needs to come from a catalogue or custom pieces, they have that covered. Need modular office furniture? Got that too. Great customer service, great prices on used furniture and good prices on new and custom office furniture. If you have a home office, think about upgrading to actual office furniture instead of IKEA or box store/online. I will have to rent a truck to get a couple of pieces I need to actually have a home office since I am a remote worker, need good furniture and have a professional feel.

We have had them servicing our pool for this season. our heater went out and they couldnt be bothered to fix it for six months until i left them a bad google review. Then she called and texted all day stating her owner Dave was angry with her. I told her he should be with the level of service and not addressing the issues. Her response to that was to cancel our pool service. Thats perfectly fine will go spend thousands with other companies that will appreciate our business and care for our pool. This company needs to refresh their leadership and listen to customers.

Beware this company over charges for chemicals and service. I signed up for the just swim program…read more I asked what's involved they said nothing just swim we take care of everything. I said 80 dollars per week plus chemical. That's right so 1 and 1/2 months. I paid over 1000 dollar. it gets better. I came home and they left pool chemical spilled all over and left it. The same day I saw the pool cover rolled up standing next to the tote it's stored in. The most horrible smell you couldn't even walk on the back patio. My son and I un rolled the cover cleaned it, dried it and rolled it and put away properly. There were debris and leaves floating in the water for the pump to suck up. We fished this out as well. I called and complained. I was told it wasn't their policy to clean covers before putting away. It wasn't their policy to clean up there messes of spilled chemicals or to get debris out of the pool. So much for their just swim program. Beware these guys are liars and crooks.
