I'm not sure if handwritten invoices, complete with you're ID and address are for everything or just because I paid with my Visa. I didn't even ask, I just wanted to leave. Overall an interesting place to browse, shop or kill time. But please don't bother them past 5 on Saturday.

(That's not a NORMAL price for an simple otttoman - but that's what my wife wanted - so I spent far more money than I wanted to for her - to get her what she wanted.) My wife asked me a question because we weren't sure when to expect the item. I'm sure their customer service people don't care about their customers asking a completely innocent question about timeframe. Theresa's response: "The ottoman was a special order item and states on the bottom of your receipt that it is a 6-8 business week lead-time." WOW! Now I'm sure Barry - the sales person who worked so hard to find what we wanted - will be happy to hear of Customer Services completely inappropriate response to a customer. I will share this review on ALL AVAILABLE websites because that will be great for Lindsey's as well. I'm pretty sure they'll make sure that Theresa Bennett (or Theresa Gwyn as she signs her email) will keep her job. Keep that negative response going Theresa...but a customer looking for a timeframe is relatively normal - in case you didn't know that! When you first walk in you feel as if you're walking up to someone's cute little house in the south. It has a large porch area with chairs out front. Then when you step inside it's massive! I walked through room after room with different themes and color schemes. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I could shop in there for hours. I will say they are a bit on the higher side in price, but they have many markdowns around the store and their items are quality pieces from the best furniture warehouses in the US. This is not one of those bargain places to buy cute furniture that breaks in a month, this place has sturdy and beautiful pieces. I actually sat down and felt the weight of some of these objects. Since I most likely won't be back in this part of town, they gave me a printout of all the designers and warehouses they order from to get pieces shipped to me, so that was awesome.

The piece was damaged when I received it. I was told it would be replaced but wasn't. I did have someone come to replace my new ottoman that had a tip upon arrival, with a used ottoman that was in worse shape and smelled horrible. It was delivered out the back of a dirty SUV blaring loud music at 10pm. I had multiple issues with trying to get pieces replaced or returned. Many times the showroom blamed the delivery driver which I knew wasn't true because I was in communication with the delivery driver. They also charge the delivery drivers time for returns so the mistakes of the sales get passed off to the drivers in pay. The bed was never even delivered as it had not come when expected so I cancelled delivery and had to go through my credit card company to get refunded. I never imagined that after purchasing furniture I would spend nearly half a year trying to get it right. I eventually gave up as it was so frustrating and gave the sectional away to a college student.
