The washer jumps across the floor, clothes are still soaked when load finishes. You have to do another rinse and spin cycle to get the assess water out. Called Billy at cowboy Maloney he called my mother a liar about their 1st conversation they had about washer and what it was doing. Told her to check to see if it was leveled and it was. The number he gave her for service was temporary not working ( she screenshot the message it was giving). He Refused to give her money back. Billy only offered an exchange after I told him how awful his customer service was and we argued with me the whole conversation. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! RUN TO LOWES. THEY DON' T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY . Worst customer service EVER!!! Only 1 star cause I had to . I rate them at 000.

They never showed up nor did anyone call so I called the toll free number and was told that the delivery personnel was out on several deliveries and it would be after 9pm and I told the rep that was unethical to conduct any business before 8am or after 9pm, she immediately said so you are saying that you are not available for delivery. There was no apology or understanding that they were delivering to a residential home where senior citizens are in bed at that time. I ended the call after asking to speak with a supervisor and being placed on hold with no connection. At 10:15pm this same idiotic company has a delivery truck at my door to deliver the purchase for which I regret ever stepping foot in the store in Meridian. It would serve them well to remember that Total Customer Service is not only at the time of the sale but what you do after the sale and delivery. Deplorable business ethics and customer service. I pray no one else has to endure this type of business, I will never make the mistake of buying anything from them ever again. Ashley will lose more customers than gaining them should they continue to conduct themselves in this manner. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this. NO PHONE CALLS TO SAY SORRY MA'AM WE ARE RUNNING 4 HOURS BEHIND AND CAN WE RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER DAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I love home made churn butter & hoop cheese. Their home made wheat, and raisin breads are the freshest breads I have eaten next to my local bakeries a small bit of butter or home made jams complimented each slice. Side of hoop cheese made this a excellent breakfast snack.      The cashiers' a pleasure. My sons loves the cheese and butter. I like the fresh baked bread and the raw local honeys and some of the artisan items are hard to pass on. There's so much going on here from the small glass baseball refrigerator magnets to the 8 foot concrete painted alligator to the cheese curds and the vine ripe tomatoes. They have a truly eclectic selection of, how did they used to say it in the good old days, goods and wares. What got my attention initially was the homemade goods like the jams, jellies, relishes, 40 types of cheeses and Amish butter and it keeps me coming back for more. This place actually reminds me of a cross between an old country stores in Appalachia and a roadside stand in Amish country Pennsyavania with hand crafted furniture and lawn ornaments and shelves full of canned pepers and chow chow.
