I happened to go to the sister location at Bonita Lakes but y'all own both and Jalonda works at both. I got the text survey but accidentally deleted it. I just needed to write a review and say that Jalonda was AMAZING! I told her I was in a hurry and she worked so fast, answered every questions I had and got me in/out SO fast. I really have never seen someone move at such a pace that they didn't make any mistakes. Jalonda assured me that moving quickly was her pace of work anyways and that it was!! I appreciate everything Jalonda did for me, she was the best customer service I have ever received. She told me all of the promotions, discounts, helped me find a case, a pop socket and got me more than I expected on my trade in! I will forever come to Jalonda for any issues, I will always ask for her cause she was insanely good at her job, was extremely knowledgeable and worked so diligently! Went into the store today to make a sichange to my bill. When I arrived I was fourth in the queue…read more There were four associates already helping four people. The line was moving at a reasonable rate, I was second in the queue after about 15 minutes. It was about that time that Papa John's delivered pizza to the store. One of the associates led the pizza delivery guy to the back and as each associate finished assisting their customers , they joined him in the back of the store. After this, I was in the store another 30 minutes and not another customer was helped during this time. While I was there the queue went from four names to 8 names and as the customers piled up, the associates remained in the back of the store. After over 45 minutes of being in the store, I finally walked out. I asked the guy who greeted us to remove my name off of the list, he apologized, said he was new to the store, he stated they did not have enough associates there and he did not understand why they were all in the back. We left, went to the store on Hwy 39N walked in and got help immediately.

I asked them if they slowed your speed down after a certain point of using so much data and the woman told me "the only one of these plans that slows down is the basic plan" she told me they don't slow your phone down with the extra unlimited plan. Well it turns out that was an absolute lie! I later found information on the my att app that states they will slow my speed down after 5 gigs and my wife's slows down after like .13 gigs. I can't stand a liar. What a disgusting personality trait.
