On Dec 1, I paid a deposit of $104 and the work was scheduled for December 12th. Nick asked me my location and I gave him the address. He also asked me "which side of Live Oak are you on?" and I explained exactly where my home is. He told me the job shouldn't take more than an hour or two and he'd see me on the 12th. On Dec 12, 15 minutes before Nick was due to show up, he called me. He wanted to both confirm the appointment and to gouge me for an additional $150 for a "trip charge", because he said he "didn't realize" how far away I was. He claimed it would take an extra 90 mintues to drive here. (I drive to Lake City very often, it's 25 miles from here on a 60mph road, 30 minutes max) I guess he thought he could pressure me, but he simply lost all trust I had in his company. His website claims honesty and integrity, ... even claims he is a veteran... but this was not my experience with him. Nick told me explicitly that his behavior fell under his definition of "honesty", but it does not fit mine. I am also a veteran of foreign wars, and we do not treat each other this way. Didn't even show up to the correct Address to begin with was then told that we have to dig up the pipe running from the toilet to the septic tank And he'll be back in two days. Two days later comes and replaces everything except septic tank This was on a Friday. Clog reappeared after 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that's just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I'm not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven't paid when I'm supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it's not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we've been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it's my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that's good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

I want my money back from paying for the service charge to come out to give me an estimate that I NEVER received & had to call another plumber, total rip off!
