It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

Then we found Scott, who promised he could fix it and totally delivered! We could not be happier with the work that he and his team did on our pool. He was honest and gave us an impossible-to-beat price because he felt sorry that we'd had such a bad first experience. He came to our house several times until everything was just right, and gave us "pool school" for free. Now we have a beautiful, fully-functioning above ground pool that we can enjoy for years to come. If you need help with your pool, Scott is the man to call. I hired Dales pool in mount Washington, ky to install an inground pool with liner in the year 2022…read more Unfortunately,the pool has leaked since the first year it was installed. Over the next 3 years, the company repeatedly denied it was leaking, despite patching the liner multiple times. Each season the leak became worse. Eventually, the company told us to obtain a third party evaluation and stated they would pay for that. We had two separate pool professionals inspect the pool, and both immediately identified that the liner had been installed with a wrinkle under the main drain and that the drain gasket screws were stripped. After we reported these findings, Dales pools drained the Pool themselves and applied sealant around the drain, but the pool continued to leak. In the fall of 2025, Brandon , the son, admitted he could not stop the leak and agreed to replace the the liner in the spring of 2026. When spring arrived ,we were told by Corey, the father, they would no longer honor the repair because "someone else drained the pool" even though their own company had drained it during prior repair attempts. We are now facing approximately $7,500 in repairs due to what multiple professionals identified as a faulty install. It was all sunshine and rainbows until it came time for them to honor their word. Then we were ghosted. They will not respond to any communication attempts.
