I cancel my appointment and all he had say was OK. This company does not care about your time at all. They come when they want to come. The experience was unprofessional as a whole as he asked me to write him checks in his name instead of the company name, and forced a much faster timeline than we were comfortable with so he could demand final payment.

I then showed them a picture of my pool that was clean. I requested some of my money back, since I had to clean the pool myself. they told me that they gave me a discount already to clean the pool. Where was the discount, I gave them what they said it would cost. The area that they claim was stain was just sand in the bottom of the pool. This company refuse to give me any money back; they are a BIG RIP OFF. Why should I have to clean my pool myself when I paid them to clean it. Even if it was a discount, they did not clean my pool, it was still dirty and cloudy.

She took my information analyzed my water sample and I was ready for some totally preposterous results. However my pool was in fairly good shape and Destiny explained what tweaks we talked about.
