Mr. Garcia and his team are fantastic! Iso, the supervisor, and his teammate carefully cleaned up our two oaks and five elms. They sterilized their tools in-between and sealed up every cut site. The oak wilt fears are real, but protecting my roof from further damage was a bigger priority. Mr. Garcia reassured us of the precautions they take during these types of jobs in the springtime. They hauled off all the trimmings and used a leaf blower to touch up our walkways and roof. I was impressed by Regina's responsiveness - She was prompt throughout the scheduling process, and provided expected arrival and departure times of the crew. I wish 0 stars was an option. We came home from running errands yesterday to find the men from Aaron's Tree Service in our backyard. We did not hire them, or give consent for them to be there. Our backyard is gated and fenced, yet there he was, up in our tree. It turns out our next door neighbor had hired them because of a branch hanging in their backyard. While it's legal to trim branches hanging in your yard, it is illegal for them to enter your property without your consent. Actually, it's called criminal trespass (I contacted an attorney). I called Aaron's Tree service to tell them that they had broken the law and she just stated that the neighbor said that we agreed to it. We did not. Since the men from Aaron's Tree Service were the ones who unlawfully entered the property, they are actually liable. She yelled at me and talked over me, telling me they were an excellent company. Well, they entered my property without consent. The standard practice is to use cables or other means from the person's property who hired them. They did not do this. Also, they did a hack job on the tree. She did offer to have them come back, but why would I ask back a company who entered my property without consent and did a bad job? 0 stars. read more

About tree trimming: Aaron responds quickly - he comes onsite to do the quote. he listens to what you want and also has recommendations to minimize branch growth downward. On day of trimming, he arrives w his crew, double checks everything with you and see if there's anything else you want to add (cut more branches, etc) - then his crew gets to it, they're very skilled at what they do and handled everything from sealing cuts to cleaning up. Wish there was a larger rating number. Omg, these guys are awesome. They took down my huge China Berry tree located in a very restricted area, along with some other small trees. All were lost in ice storm. There were sheds under the China berry which were not harmed. Never seen such professional hard working men. Competitive and very nice to work with. My experience with Aaron's was pretty great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for services. Aaron was very prompt and attentive to all emails I sent him. I thought his rate was incredibly reasonable, and his crew did good work. The only reason I give him 4 stars instead of 5, is because I noticed a piece of tree I would like trimmed a bit more. When he came out to check the work, he said he had a couple of big jobs scheduled but he would send his guys out to take care of the last of it. I've been out of town for a few days, but at the time I left, those few branches still hadn't been trimmed. Aaron and crew removed a tree (+ stump grinding) and did some additional trimming around our backyard. Emailed them on a Friday, came out to give us a quote on Monday, and the job was done on Wednesday. When we gave our neighbors a heads up they also gave them a call to do some trimming and they were able to knock out both the same day. Very happy with the work, great price and super nice guys! We couldn't have been more pleased with this company. I had a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy in my yard. The poison ivy had invaded a 6ft fence for at least 50ft. He arrived on time to the appointment in the morning, gave the quote, and his team was out here by 4pm. His team took about 3.5 hours. These guys always do a wonderful job. Their bid is always one of the lowest out of the 5 that I check. My request is always to raise the canopy a certain height, cut back from the roof, thin out for sunlight, and anything else necessary for the health of the tree. The crew always comes on the agreed day, completes the job with virtually no refuse left in the yard, and does exactly what I asked them to do. I called Aaron and he came out the next morning. We discussed what I wanted done and he gave me a price that was very reasonable. These guys are fantastic! Above and beyond what the five star rating reviews are saying on here. I needed my trees trimmed badly. In the past I use to do it myself. Aaron came for a free estimate and I could tell this guy is going to do a great job. He said they would show up at 8 AM and be done around 2 PM. They showed up this morning and everything was done by 2 PM. They also worked really hard that everything was cleaned up afterwards. They cleaned up all the dead branches, removed the ball moss, trimmed back from the house. My trees look sooo great. I will hire them again for the remaining trees in the backyard. Also, I got an estimate from another national tree trimming company that was almost twice as much. Their quote didn't include removing all the dead branches (only dead branches 1" or larger). I told the other company, why hire a tree trimming company if they are not going to remove all the dead branches. He complained that it would take his guys all day. Aaron and his crew did such a great job on our trees! They cut down more than 10 large cedar trees, removed all the old shrubs from our flower beds, and trimmed up our Oaks and Cedar Elms beautifully. They arrived when they said they would, did the job exactly as they said they would, and charged us exactly what they said they would (which was very fair and reasonable). I had quotes from two other tree service companies to remove two large eucalyptus trees that froze this winter. They had gotten very large (over 40') so removing them was going to be challenging. Adding to the challenge is that I had significant plantings and landscaping that needed to be worked around and was worried that the crew may cause damage to plants below the trees. The person that quoted the work (he said he was Aaron) took specific notes about the trees that I wanted cut and included the notes on the quote. They offered the best price of three quotes that I received. The crew was on-time, kind, and they did a great job trimming the trees and cleaning up.
