I called and left a message. By day's end Paul returned my call and a date was arranged for the work. There were no surprises when he arrived to do the work. Paul had provided an estimate of the work time and his charges! He said I could provide the dimmer switches or he could pick them up. Charges would, of course, be included in the the final bill. I was happy to have him do the shopping to make sure the right dimmers were purchased and the price for doing so was reasonable. Paul worked fast and there was little chit chat! Paying by the hour who doesn't like that!:). Professional, masked up and all appropriate tools at his side! Not a minute wasted. Wow! He did an outstanding job! My BFF and her hubs were there and also equally impressed. So impressed he has already been to their home and installed 5 outside house light fixtures! I believe he fixed their ring doorbell too.
