He let me know when he would arrive, showed up prepared with an amazing mobile shop and got right to work. Gurii just installed two kitchen appliances for me. On both he ran into some difficulties. He was swapping out a GE cooktop and GE wall oven and GE guarantees that if you are replacing GE with Ge they have a fit guarantee. I will be filing 3 claims! The wall oven was hitting the gas pipe connector for the cooktop when sliding it in so protruded about 1-1/2" out! Then the connector to the gas cooktop to the gas hoses was vertical and wasn't enough room to tuck in behind the stove! Gurii used his engineering background to figure out how to move/adjust the gas pipe and then ran over to hardware store to pick up materials to allow him to adjust the gas regulator and turn it 90 degree so would lie horizontally. He saved the day!!! If we had hired Lowe's Hardware to deliver and install I am sure they wouldn't have been prepared to make all the adjustments and would have to send someone else back to finish the job. read more

This review is for the initial conversations and the level of detail provided. We were considering installing a dog door into our existing current patio door. This often requires retrofitting an existing door with a dog door. Based on where our door is located, the size, and the current door consisting or 90% glass it would've been a substantial undertaking. That said, we were appreciative of how much research and responsiveness provided. We did not move forward solely due to the limitations of what our home has and would require.
