Owner Lily called back and gave me an open spot at the same day. Their place was cozy and offering free refreshments, it's a plus for a nail salon. They were pretty busy and I waited for a while. A girl named Laura at last did my pedicure, I just picked a regular, never like gel. She's a quiet girl but very gentle and articulated. Did everything that I asked for. I noticed that they did not really disinfect or clean the manicure tables between customers.. But he charged $5 for a broken nail- okay.. then $5 to "shape" I already had the shape coming in *pic posted* so he charged to file?? Moving on. He did my pedicure.. got a deep clean $40 he rubbed both the products they use at the same time for 10 seconds maybe 15 seconds then wrapped in the hot towel.. so no massage no type of enjoyment at all he used the grater on my big toes longer than he did my whole pedicure combined. I asked before starting if gel was 15 extra he said yes I repeated it again he said yes then charged me $20. My 3 year old got regular polish which I asked how much she said $10 then I was rung up for gel for $20.??? Even tho she didn't get gel. Honestly don't recommend going if you don't know anyone who goes there so you can get your moneys worth as well if you don't want to get charged for crazy things.
