I was visiting from Puerto Rico and I am staying with my cousin in Clermont. My nails were a mess and after getting my hair done in Clove Aveda I saw this nail salon and went in. I am so glad I did. The gentleman who did my nails was a total professional kind and a very good at his job. I am very happy with my nails now. I even got a gift card for my cousin so she can get a manicure done there. The price was great, I pay more at home and I get less than what I got here. I totally recommend this nail salon. If and when I come back to Clermont I will return to this nail salon. read more

When I arrived to my appointment I asked if I could get a women to do my toes and the receptionist said yes no problem. Then when I was called to take a seat the lady was laughing with her coworkers and proceeded to ask oh you like girl no boy ? I was mortified. So unprofessional! I said excuse me? Went in for pedicure with my 7 yr old grandaughter and daughter in law. Paid the same price $40 for the 7 yr old. Not much time was spent on a 7 yr old not to mention her tiny nails. Technician was kind and nice. But $40 worth? My pedicure was fantastic. However, unless you get the gel, the nails after polishing looked no better than if I had done them myself at home. Within half an hour the polish was smearing and coming off. Went back in and they were touched up. But, not happy with final outcome. Had to wait another 10 minutes to make sure nails dried thoroughly. Next time will get the gel. No waiting to dry and seem to last much longer and look so much nicer than standard. read more

4 stars for making me feel like a Queen! Like many, I haven't been able to get a manicure or pedicure for months. It was THE best mani/pedi !! I was very impressed by all the steps Cobe has taken to insure everyone's health and safety. You have to have an appointment beforehand, no walking in. You must have a face mask on the entire time,Cobe,does provide a cloth face mask (each one is individually wrapped in plastic) for those who need one. The floor is marked out with tape on where you should stand, they have hand sanitizer everywhere and changed the faucets (at the hand sink) to motion ones so you don't have to touch anything. There are clear partitions between you and the tech at every other manicure and pedicure stations. The techs all wear a face mask,a face shield and gloves. I felt comfortable with the procedure,and left with beautiful looking hands and feet! read more

Atmosphere: 2 stars The place looks really nice and the chairs are in good condition. However, the owner (woman) was yelling back and forth to the nail techs. There were also a couple of nail techs way too loud for a spa. This DID NOT make for a relaxing experience. Also, CNN was only showing only news about the newest deaths. Who wants to see that when you are trying to get away from reality for a bit?! They could easily correct these issues. Ensure your customers are enjoying the atmosphere by ensuring it's quiet and relaxing. Go talk to your techs- don't yell across the room. Now granted they were busy but I've been to plenty of spas that were busy and still quiet and relaxing. Pedicure: 5 stars The tech (Lisa) was fantastic! Very gentle with my feet and didn't cut me with the cuticle clips. The foot massage was on point. Not too hard not to soft. 2 weeks later & my toes are still perfectly polished. Did gel for my hands and it was flawless. I work with my hands and it lasted until last night when I finally had to remove it. Just wish they would speak up because it was very hard to understand them due to how softly they spoke in English. Cobe is doing a great job with precautions. I made an appointment (appointments only at this time) and when I went in for my pedi after my temperature check, my nail tech wore a mask, face shield, jacket and gloves. I also wore a mask I brought from home, but Cobe had disposable masks there is you forget (or are just rude). There was a plexiglass divider in between the nail tech and myself and I was seated away from the guest to my left. My nail tech was Michael and he was super nice and professional. Friendly staff. Plenty of colors and designs to choose from. I received the sugar pedi & a fill. While getting a pedicure they have plenty of TVs and channels on. I came in on a Monday around lunchtime, plenty of nail techs and wasn't busy. During the pedi, I noticed that the nail tech used the same water to soak & clean my feet in that she used to rinse them off with. Water had wax and other floaters in it. While getting my fill, she didn't ask me if I wanted the length of the nails adjusted or what kind of tip I wanted.
