This place used to be good but prices have gone up and quality down. I'm sure there are a few good people but the last few times I've been have not been good. Threading is slower and more painful now like there are new people there. Had to point out missed hairs multiple times too and still many missed hairs. And the next day I had a bunch of grown out hair/ingrowns and missed hairs. Meaning they didn't even thread out the hair and chopped it off. And the shape was uneven. Used to come here over other places because they had started improving, but now that prices increased and it's gotten worse, might as well go somewhere else read more

Came to visit family for a party and I forgot to get my eyebrows done! I looked around and saw that Aayna had great reviews. I was seen in less than 5 mins that I walked in. Pooja was super sweet. I told her about a balding spot I have on my eyebrow. She did just what I asked her and even gave me a tip on how to make that spot fuller. First time here and I love how my brows came out :). I went to a threading place in BP in December of 2021 and they made my brows so thin, uneven and by far my worst brow experience. I have been nervous since to get them done again since I grew them out. I got my eyebrows done by POOJA And she was wonderful. Everything is clean and sanitize. Her and all the staff seem to be well train and following the guidelines for COVID 19 . Beside this , the way she communicate before and after doing my eyebrows is what I love. Asking if it's just a clean up or a reshape is important question. She takes her time and does a great job on my eyebrows. I don't live near by but going to this salon and getting them done by POOJA is worth is for my nice shaped eyebrows. read more

This was my first time getting threaded after quarantine and OMG I'm so happy that I got Pooja! She was soo helpful, she explained to me my brows and was EXTREMELY gentle on my sensitive skin!! Decided to give this place a try after seeing the high reviews I go to the corona location but I really needed my eyebrows threaded and I wasn't going to make it to that location before it closed. I was trying to find a place where I can do my threading. I found this place and I had bushy eyebrow. Pooja did my bushy eyebrow and I used to do wax all the time. I tried threading for the first time. When Pooja did my eyebrows, I did not get any pain. Pooja is very nice, sweet, and she talked to me very nicely. She sanitized the chair and then she sanitized her hands. Because of Covid-19 it is hard to find a place where I can do my threading that is clean. This place is very clean and good at its job. First off they made us sign in and wait in our car which is fine but I kept seeing people that arrived go before me it's not until I went to go ask which then she lied and said my phone wasn't working which is a LIE. Second the girl Tupi did my eyebrows and no only didn't she know poke my eye several times she cut my eyelid so much that my eye got irritated and it was so painful. Never again. read more

I went with Tupi she helped me get my eyebrows back into shape and I told her I wanted to grow them out because the place I went to before thinned out my eyebrows. For only $7, it's a wham, bam, thank you ma'am type of service here at Aayna's and that's exactly how I like it when it comes to getting my eyebrows threaded. The best part? This includes the happy ending, I mean mini brow massage, which leaves you a little happier once she's done with you. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes for an artist and it should only take another 5 minutes for the actual service, even on weekends. Got better things to do on weekends? No problem. They open until 7PM on weekdays, which is still pretty late for beauty establishments, in my opinion. I still haven't found THE artist that I will meet and fall in love with during my Aayna career, but I've never had a complaint with the shaping of my brows afterward. I definitely did notice the different styles that each girl had. The girls seem to be really nice so far. Some of them will strike up a conversation, but I also don't mind if they didn't talk at all. They have stamp cards as well! When you go 6 times, your 7th is free! There is plenty of parking available in the lot, which is shared with Chuck E. Cheese and Carl's Jr. read more
