When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great. I really appreciated her honesty and care throughout the process. I'll definitely be coming back!
