I have been to this establishment before many years ago, but found something closer to home, today I decided to come check it out again and while my eyebrows look good, the customer service was not great. There were two women working when I walked in so I sat down and somebody was waiting before me. One of the workers was done with a client so she went up to charge her at the desk and when the client left, the worker looked at me but didn't greet me or ask me if I was waiting to get my eyebrows done. She just sat down and got on her phone, I thought she was taking a quick break which is understandable if it's a busy day, but two other girls walked in and signed in and she greeted them so I went up to her and asked if I was supposed to sign in because nobody told me anything. She ended up taking me before the other two girls, but there was somebody else waiting before me who also didn't sign in so she had to go up and let them know that she was there first and they ended up taking her before the other two girls. Not sure how long she was waiting before me but I was there for a at least 5 minutes before any interaction. I wish places were better about customer service these days read more

I come here for both threading. I get my eyebrows threaded. Both my daughter and I have different needs for our eyebrows and they do a wonderful job at both. Mine are shaped and my daughter likes to keep them more natural and cleans them up and all the women that work at Aayna do an awesome job! My real reason for writing this review though is the waxing! Waxing- Ask for Tupi! She's only there on Fridays and Saturdays. She is wonderful!! She does my Brazilian and it's as fast and as painless as a waxing can be! She's so good and my results are always the BEST! I highly recommend. It's not even a service I was looking for but happens to not be able to make it to my regular person who's much further from me. I have came here quite a few times over the past years but i started going again a couple months back ago and every time i get my eyebrows threaded my skin breaks out bad around my eyebrows. Sometimes they dont even ask if you want some cream. They also left my eyebrows all chopped. they cut off too much on my left one where the start of my brow is at so now i have to draw them more so it doesnt look weird. beware yall read more

It's been over a year since I last got my eyebrows threaded, but I knew I wanted to get them done before my friend's wedding. Unfortunately, my go-to spot didn't have any openings so I decided to venture out and look for a new place on Yelp. Based on previous reviews, I decided to go with Pooja. I came around 11 AM on a weekday and there wasn't much of a wait at all. There is plenty of parking in the lot and there's a waiting area when you first enter. Pooja was very gentle - probably the least painful threading experience I've had - and she did a nice job of cleaning up my brows without leaving them too sparse. For context, I overplucked a while back and have been trying to regrow my brows ever since. She also cleaned up my upper lip quite nicely. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future and would recommend checking Aayna out for affordable prices and quick service. They also have a stamp card for a free threading after 10 visits. read more
