I've been coming to Aayna for quite a few years and I love the service here! I've only ever gotten my eyebrows threaded but I've always wanted to try some of their other services. They are very quick and get the job done! My eyebrows come out very nice and clean and it always make me feel so much better! It's definitely a huge confident boost. All of the workers are very kind and know what they're doing for sure!

Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Won't Be Returning This was my first time visiting, and I had a terrible experience. I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint, and I immediately noticed the wax they used wasn't even real wax--it came from a pre-waxed paper strip, not a machine. It wasn't warm or freshly applied, which already felt lazy and unprofessional. On top of that, the technician still threaded my eyebrows after "waxing" even though I specifically asked for waxing. If I wanted threading, I would've asked for it. It made no sense, and she didn't even ask my permission or let me know before doing it. During the tint, she applied the pigment and left me sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes with my eyebrows half done and looking bad. When it came time to remove the pigment, she didn't even come back--another person did, saying the original technician was "busy." I could clearly hear them in the back laughing and not taking anything seriously. The reveal was honestly horrible. The pigment was applied way above where my natural brow hair grows, and when I pointed this out, I was told their pigment "doesn't stick to skin". That makes zero sense. I expressed that I didn't like how it looked and even pointed out the areas I wasn't happy with--and she just stared at me. No offer to fix it, no apology, no suggestions--just silence. When it was time to pay, she casually said she'd meet me at the front, and then even asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I was still visibly upset, but I tipped anyway out of principle. They didn't deserve it, though. After paying she said I can wash my face to become lighter and it "should" fade by tomorrow. If you're the owner and you're reading this--please teach your staff to be more professional. If a client isn't happy, at least ask how you can fix it or try to make it right. That's a basic part of customer service. I won't be back. Anyone thinking about coming here due to the good reviews double think about it.

I've been coming here for years now, I always go with Dhana. To get this shape say you don't want boxed brows and no trim on the first hairs that start your brow, I've noticed when I don't trim those hairs my eyebrows look more natural. Box brows tend to make my face more masculine and it tends to be the go to shape for men for "clean up", if you want these say you don't want them boxed.

I come here for both threading. I get my eyebrows threaded. Both my daughter and I have different needs for our eyebrows and they do a wonderful job at both. Mine are shaped and my daughter likes to keep them more natural and cleans them up and all the women that work at Aayna do an awesome job! My real reason for writing this review though is the waxing! Waxing- Ask for Tupi! She's only there on Fridays and Saturdays. She is wonderful!! She does my Brazilian and it's as fast and as painless as a waxing can be! She's so good and my results are always the BEST! I highly recommend. It's not even a service I was looking for but happens to not be able to make it to my regular person who's much further from me. It's been over a year since I last got my eyebrows threaded, but I knew I wanted to get them done before my friend's wedding. Unfortunately, my go-to spot didn't have any openings so I decided to venture out and look for a new place on Yelp. Based on previous reviews, I decided to go with Pooja. I came around 11 AM on a weekday and there wasn't much of a wait at all. There is plenty of parking in the lot and there's a waiting area when you first enter. Pooja was very gentle - probably the least painful threading experience I've had - and she did a nice job of cleaning up my brows without leaving them too sparse. For context, I overplucked a while back and have been trying to regrow my brows ever since. She also cleaned up my upper lip quite nicely. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future and would recommend checking Aayna out for affordable prices and quick service. They also have a stamp card for a free threading after 10 visits. read more

Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Besides, your eyebrows are a mess, i was dragged to Aayna threading to get some eyebrow therapy. Little did I know, eyebrow threading is painless and more precise than waxing. I had such a great experience at AAYNA Eyebrow Threading Salon! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. been here a few times and the service is generally pretty consistent. i normally go to tupi. i think she's the owner? she does a great job overall but sometimes she goes a little too think, make sure you communicate well with her before she starts or she'll go and do her own thing. sometimes she'll give you a mini massage for a couple minutes after and sometimes she doesn't. guess it depends on the mood? good place to go to on time and budget though. read more
