Just know that, you do have to study and prepare but If you do your part you will successfully pass the Class E knowledge exam. My nephew really needed a STRUCTURE, QUIET, and ORGANIZED environment to pass the knowledge exam and AB Auto driving and traffic school provided just that. Went there on an appointment yesterday, 6/5/2026 for my 15+ year old son to take his learner's permit exam. I paid $74.55 for this service. I stepped away for a few moments as this was taking some time to do. I was called back to the office and presented with a fraudulent document with my son's PII that says there was already proof of a passed test from earlier, just under the wrong SSN? At that point, they should have refunded my money and given me better guidance on how to proceed with the Florida DHSMV, but rather, they pushed my son into ANOTHER test, without the promised review time, and promptly failed him. I informed the woman up front (Hispanic middle-aged female) hat this was not a very good business practice. She became very indignant with me and speaking over me in Spanish (which I also speak) to her other co-workers and proceeded to inform an off-site manager at the other location of this situation. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. Soon after, I received another phone call on my cell phone from 305-974-5045. The man on the other line, in broken English, said he was the Manager at the Miami Lakes location and proceed to argue with me for over 5 minutes. He rudely implied that this was entirely my fault and my son did not deserve to drive. Meanwhile, my son was pulled back in for the promised 1 hour and 45-minute video training but was dismissed by the "instructors" because they wanted to close early. I took my son and left the premises without this being properly resolved at approximately 5:50 pm yesterday. I reported this behavior on the Square app as well. All they did was misleading and condescending behavior toward my son and I. I'm reporting this "agency" to the Florida DHSMV and my bank and will dispute this charge when it reconciles. Parents: DO NOT, say again, DO NOT use this agency to get your kids their learner's permits or driver's licenses. read more

My daughter have a driver test the Spanish lady are so rude and unprofessional she make her cry so much. She ignored her where to turn when she asked. She's on her phone when she asked she ignored her. Why she's on her phone? She was rude! She confused her what to do. She take 3 lesson and the instructions say she was good at the same place. And she have instructions last year too. And she went to the same place for driver test and she fail because that lady. She back up avoid the trash can. And she confused her to do couple times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE - COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! AB AUTO Driving and Traffic School and Driver License Testing Center is the definition of a scam operation. Their website falsely advertises that students will get a practice run before the driving test. That is a LIE. My brother was told he'd be practicing the test route, but as soon as he got in the car, the "instructor" said they had to go to another location because the plaza was too busy. That's strike one. Strike two? When the actual exam started, he was taken to a completely different location yet again. No explanation, no transparency, just more confusion. Then, without warning, the practice instructor handed him off to the test examiner--who was absolutely rude, inattentive, and clearly not qualified to be evaluating anyone. The examiner spent most of the test on her phone, barely looking up while my brother was trying to navigate, and barked directions at the last possible second. That is not just unprofessional--it's dangerous. It's unacceptable for a driving examiner to be distracted during an active road test. Her job is to observe, guide, and ensure safety--not scroll on her screen. And don't even get me started on her so-called feedback. Instead of teaching or supporting a new driver, she mocked him. When my brother didn't perform a maneuver perfectly, she snapped, "Clearly you don't know how to drive straight." Excuse me? This is a teenager testing for a license--not someone trying out for NASCAR. The worst part? She made that comment after demanding that he reverse in a straight line on a curved road. What kind of unrealistic, rigged setup is that? To AB AUTO: Don't bother responding to this review with excuses. I don't want to hear about "policies," "training standards," or "miscommunications." What you need to do is take a long, hard look at your staff--especially the examiner in question--and start holding people accountable. I have zero problem identifying the examiner by name, and quite frankly, she should have her credentials revoked. She is not qualified to be administering driving tests, and her conduct is an embarrassment to your company. There is no excuse for any of this. Don't blame the plaza. Don't blame traffic. Don't blame the student. This place lacks professionalism, honesty, and integrity across the board. They set students up to fail, offer no accountability, and treat paying customers like they're an inconvenience. You'd have a better chance passing your test--and being treated like a human being--at the DMV. This place is a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the disrespect. waste of money. they don't have good professional staff. staff are not professional, they have less patience and behavior is little harsh. from 2nd class they treated different. they lied about the exam automatically detected in the tab- car dimension's wise and will stop exam automatically. We had a wonderful experience with AB Auto Driving School. From the first time I called enquiring about the school and the process, they were extremely helpful and every time after that it was a good experience contacting them. The company's communication is excellent. We had Walter as my daughter's driving instructor and he was AMAZING!! He was so patient and taught her very well. When I drove with my daughter after the lessons I could not believe how well he taught her. She passed her test on the first try!! The driving school is well worth the money! We have another daughter learning to drive in a year and we will be using AB Auto Driving School again and we will definitely be using WALTER again, he was excellent!!! read more

My mother went there , it wasn't bad as a whole but her instructor was the worse , his name is Jeff , he kept on yelling at her and stressing her out . All the other instructors were nice and friendly , Jeff was impatient, and stressfull, he looked like he came to fail everyone, and probably put all his life problems and Anger towards his students . read more

I went here to do my road test for my license and they were super nice and it did not take a long time. The guy that was with me in the car (I can't remember his name) was very nice and reassuring, he told me to take my time and that there was no need to be nervous.
