I had Charlie for a couple of lessons to get my confidence back and practice for the test. Charlie was exactly the right person for me, he put me at my ease and only corrected me when he had to. So it felt more like borrowing a friend's car for a drive than a rigid lesson. Most tips came driving the practice for the test, showing me what they watch out for etc. I opted for the private test package where Charlie practices with you then the test person that works for a third party examiners gets in. After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. Would certainly NOT recommend AB AUTO DRIVING and Traffic School.
