Today they emailed me to remind me that I hadn't scheduled my Winter tune-up, and was thankful they reminded me to do so. As promptly as possible their service gentleman showed up this afternoon and provided me with service that I would describe as above and beyond. Their last technician just did some basics, but this serviceman actually checked out flue pipe and also checked to make sure we did not have any carbon dioxide leaks.
