I had an absolutely awful experience with this flooring company and would never recommend them to…read moreanyone. From the very beginning, the process was stressful and unprofessional. They asked for a deposit upfront and said the rest would be due once the job was finished but the owner kept asking for more money every few days throughout the project. It felt like they were more focused on getting paid than doing the job correctly. I have a large home, and they repeatedly ordered less material than needed, which caused constant delays. I had to go back and forth with them far more than any customer ever should. Even after all that, the quality of the work was terrible. As you can see in my photos, the floors are cracking, there are gaps between the vinyl planks, and it's clear they did not check if the subfloor was level before installing. The carpet seams are also visible. They didn't put any trim molding between the carpet and vinyl floor. When I contacted Tom about the issues, he told me to send the pictures to his daughter. I did, but they never replied and never came back to fix the problems. It has only been three years, and I now have to completely tear out the flooring and replace it all over again. They rushed through the installation just to get the job done and collect the money, without any real care for quality or long-term results. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

In one case, we were asking a man in the back about flooring, because we were seriously shopping for flooring. The man literally stood up from his desk and walked away never to be found again. We were the only people in the store. In this instance, we ended up at "Haus of Flooring" 20 minutes later and booked our floors. Today was an entirely different experience. We were immediately greeted and got super service from Tammy. She was beyond helpful and was the head merchandiser, so she knew exactly where all of her stock was kept. She was very easy to talk to and eager to take care of her customers. We chose a beautiful King Size Quilt Set for our cabin. It was 20% off for "Black Friday (all month) Sale". She arranged for me to take the set home to try out on the bed and she took our information. She simply asked me to call her if it was right, or bring it back if we weren't perfectly satisfied.
