We also had his team clean our very dirty dryer vent, and he even went the extra mile to help us fabricate a custom fireplace screen so we could enjoy the flames with the stove doors open. With the cold weather, I thought it best to have my fireplace and chimney cleaned in case I needed to use it. The last time I used it was in December of 2003 when we were without electricity for several days. After witnessing what happened in Texas, I thought it is better to be prepared.
