After some research I noticed that potassium chloride is used to clean the water. Reverse osmosis removes that, however the place I was going do did not use RO. I'm eager to re-test in 3 months to see if my potassium as been lowered. Waterias filtering process is great and does include RO. You can taste the difference it's immediately "thicker" which I think most people say is "softer". It's a little more expensive. The parking lot is an absolute shtshow but I started going over lunch to fill water and have a much better experience. It sucks to park a 2 minute walk down the parking lot with 2 5-gallon jugs of water.

Then they came out and installed it within a few days.
