My husband and I always remark how incredibly spotless the water store is. They also have a cap sanitizing service which no other place does! Prices are a little high compared to other places in Orange though we don't mind paying a dollar extra to support this local business. I love going to this Wateria location. It is located in a wonderful plaza with plenty of parking and great restaurants. Not only that, it is one of the friendliest Wateria I've been to. Shoutout to Esmeralda, she's always helpful and packs my water jug with care. She always wraps the nozzle and put the plastic underneath the cap so it doesn't spill during transit. I wasn't aware that not all Wateria have oxygenated water. I found that out by going to the one in Santa Ana on accident. This location has oxygenated, alkaline, and purified water. I didn't get the 20's something tall Russian guys name but he was extremely rude. So rude he said to me "I don't give a f¥€k what you think, I've been working here for a long time and I know what I'm talking about." I was charged more for using my credit card, and I asked why the charge, he basically didn't know why but said that's how we do business. There wasn't any signage indicating extra charge for using a Cc and I tried explaining why the extra charge was applied and that there should be some sign indicating the Cc policy. This place is legit. It might be more expensive than other water stores but they rinse and fill bottles for you and give you new sterilized caps for each bottle you fill. read more

I have been going here since I moved into the area. I know, the water seems overpriced compared to other places, however the place looks clean and seeing high end technology makes me feel confident to come and drink their water. The reason I'm giving them 1* is because they haven't even acknowledged my email and my phone call about an incident that happened on May 21, 2025 @ 7:22pm. There's a BIG crack on the concrete at the entrance on the premise. They/whoever is liable for this dangerous condition should fix the crack to prevent future injuries. I headed outside with my containers using their cart. Suddenly, one of the wheels went into the concrete crack knocking my containers out. Three of my containers broke! Now, they can't even respond to my email or my phone call. I spoke with someone named Andrew. But never heard back from anyone. I'm about to buy new containers, but before I do that I wanted to tell wateria customers about the irresponsibility from the people at the management level. They obviously don't seem to care about their customers!!! Won't go back if they don't take a moment to fix this issue!! read more

Saw this place when going to Keane coffee and decided to try it. The water I got was the regular filtered and it tasted great. It is a little more pricey but water is so important to good health so it's worth it. This place is clean and they fill up the water for you. I went back a week later for the oxygenated water and after a day there was bubbles in the water so I feel like it's legit. I'll be using them from now on. Recommended. read more

There is reserved parking in front of the shop, though the plaza itself is often very busy. This is a full-service location--they rinse both the water jugs and the lids before filling them, which is a nice touch. The downside is that they usually only have one or two clerks handling everything, so there is a bit of a wait, compared to a self-service shop. read more

Love Wateria!!! So glad there's one on my families side of town. I made the mistake of going to an affiliate down the street out of a knick knack shop and I'll never do that again. Dude at the counter was just staring at me and I had to do the water myself in a sketch ass shopping plaza. This is a real full service Wateria. I've been several times and the staff is great. Very spacious and extremely clean. One of the staffers mentioned I can mix alkaline and oxygen water. Good looking out. The water tastes great and the pricing can't be beat.
