Tony was very responsive from our initial meeting to project completion. He informed us up front that he couldn't get to us immediately and we were okay with that. Tony also informed us of how long it would take to complete. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with floor options. We were going from carpet to vinyl plank flooring. We could always ask him questions throughout the entire process. I work from home and he didn't disrupt me at all. He even acknowledged when I was in a meeting and was as quiet as possible. You can tell that he's passionate about the work he performs. He made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. Tony did an amazing job on our project and we will be using his services again. If you have any home improvements or repairs give Tony a call, you won't regret it.

He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it. He's a stand-up guy and he does a great job.

I spoke with the owner, Diego, the day of expressing all of my concerns and he accused me of not wanting to pay after the job was 90% complete. (The job wasn't even 60% complete) Highly offensive when the pictures speak a thousand words of poor quality work. Very upsetting to move into our new home with adhesive on the floor, poor seams with adhesive going down the walls, smudges, adhesive on our countertops, and wallpaper falling off the wall. I've reached out to the company via email several times to express my concerns along with a request to be reimbursed for the wallpaper at least with no response back. I would highly NOT recommend them. They don't even deserve a 1 star.

Patrick sent…read morehis plumber out to give me a quote and let me know that the water heater in fact did not need to be replaced but the air in the lines needed to be cleared and once primed, the pilot lit. Not only did this save me a ton of money but he also said that if the water heater needed to be replaced in the next few days for not working, the cost of the service call would go towards the replacement costs- considering that should have repaired the issue. So far there has been no more issue with the water heater and I'm beyond grateful for the honesty, the speed and quality of service and the communication. Highly recommend!
