You should check with your insurance or call them to see if they accept your insurance. Treatment for minor illnesses, skin conditions, health maintenance, wellness, and vaccinations is available for adults and children 7 years and above. Convenient Care is for people who cannot get into see their physician and need a same day, walk in appointment, but you can call to make an appointment also. Brand new facility. I got seen immediately and was very happy with the level of service. This is in the small strip shopping center with the Nameless gas station and Domino's Pizza.

Fumbled trying to do a blood draw - can you believe 6 sticks? 2. Did not call my prescription in to the pharmacy as they assured me they would and I asked several times. 3. Made me feel very uncomfortable for not having an insurance card (because their agency has not mailed me a card yet). They made like they were going to refuse me and make me come back. I had to wait 3 weeks for this appointment and I have been unwell the entire time. If they can see me in the system to make the appointment, they should be able to see my insurance status.

We toured on a Friday so we didnt see but one child there. They do m-th at the center and Fridays they drive to your house and do the session at your home. Sounds amazing! I loved the girl I spoke to. I really would have looked into this place further if it wasnt at minimum 32 minutes away from my house - probably an hour during peak traffic - all the way back to RR/Gtown area. I also discovered the sessions are only 4 hours total. This would significantly decrease the amount of time she got weekly and it just wasn't going to work for our schedule. In addition, they charge you for every mile of a certain # for the Fridays that an RBT or BCBA drives to your house, plus whatever fees were involved. Speaking of fees, they wanted $300 to start therapy here, something they said they don't bill to insurance. This was just not going to work for us but i'm sure it is an amazing facility for those it is a better fit for.

Hello All, Building…read moreBlocs is really playing a very important role in our life. I have twins of 4 years old, and they both are diagnosed as Autism. they were a delay in communication and always used single word till the age of 4. From October 2018 we were a part of Building Blocs, and we started Speech Therapy for my girls with Ms. Laura and Ms. Erin. Really, they both are awesome and now we are feeling the improvements slowly with our kid's communication. Their eye contacts improved, they started using sentences. I am really happy to see the improvements. We decided to start ABA Therapy for our kids in Building Blocs, from mid of February the services will get a start. We are so excited about that. The services in front desk and the with insurance are awesome. Actually, I was worried when we started the ABA assessment because I thought the waiting list will be long. But, the team really supported us and the service will start soon. I strongly Recommend Building Blocs. Thanks, Gayathri

OOTK has been life-changing for our family. Given that everyone in our immediate family is…read moreneurodivergent, we are well-acquainted with the contentious history of ABA and the associated social stigmas related to autism. We were determined to ensure that our child did not face the challenges we encountered growing up--lack of support and the absence of essential tools and skills for self-empowerment and autonomy. Before choosing OOTK, we consulted with fellow parents in the Autism community and those at our child's school. After attending OOTK's open house, the therapists and An left a lasting impression, leading us to join their waiting list, aware that it might take six months or more. Our past negative experiences with ABA facilities, overly focused on behavioral conditioning and token use, prompted us to seek better support that aligned with our child's strengths, pro-Autism advocacy (not that Autism Speaks bullshit) and employing more empathetic communication methods Ultimately, we selected OOTK because they aligned with our stance on Autism. During our child's time there, they communicated with us only when necessary, conducted regular productive check-ins, and collaborated closely with us and the school to ensure our child's success. Our goal was for our child to acquire life skills, cope with challenges, and communicate effectively, irrespective of being autistic or nonverbal. Witnessing our child evolve from a quiet presence to a sassy chatterbox speaking in full sentences amazed us. OOTK's staff consistently displayed understanding, empathy, and professionalism, contributing significantly to our child's remarkable progress. Thank you for being a transformative influence in our child's life and for the invaluable support you've provided to our family. Our child, like any other, experiences both good and challenging days. The ability to communicate and understand the importance of compassion has been a crucial lesson, teaching them resilience even in the face of setbacks. Thank you so much. I'm really sad that we had to say goodbye after they graduated, but we are forever grateful for your support and the friendships we've made!

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter attended…read morethis school from the very beginning. At first, she was making progress and I gave them a lot of credit for it. Now I wonder if some of it was just my daughter making some of the progress on her own. The owner (An) does not keep track of the kids case workers. We have talked to her about my daughters (Jenny was her case workers name) and she would say, "I don't keep track of the kids, I just leave it to the case manager" (how professional...) Jenny was absolutely terrible. She would email me always going on and on about how my daughter did this and that wrong. Even texting me inconveniently about how my daughter is fussy or constipated. I would be at work and they'd be texting me about it. I eventually had to email her telling her to stop messaging me negative statements about my daughter. Jenny decided she wanted my daughter to have ABA classes at HOME! Apparently she and other people at OOTKS had been "thinking about it for a long time", but only decided to talk to us about it when I was 4 WEEKS AWAY FROM GIVING BIRTH TO MY SON! When my mom called and confronted her about why she was kicking my kid out of the program, Jenny couldn't come up with anything but constipation issues was the reason. We told An we did not want Jenny to work with my daughter. Only a few days later we were informed JENNY WAS WORKING WITH MY DAUGHTER AFTER WE ASKED AN NOT TO AND SHE AGREED SHE WOULD NOT HAVE JENNY WORK WITH MY CHILD! We would also get multiple calls about my child having a fever & "needed to go home". When I would pick her up, let her play & take her temperature again, she was normal temperature, even playing normally. Not sure if something is wrong with their thermometers or if they just didn't want her there. We eventually left cause we felt they didn't want my daughter there and have now found a place where my daughter is thriving & enjoys. She leaves that place with a smile (unlike this place).
