I was with the company long enough to see this become a cyclical occurrence with no means to an end. Things get better for a brief period, only to be followed by alarming regression in not only the areas mentioned above but across all departments and duties. They will over promise but underdeliver to both families and staff every time, do not be deceived, this is a pattern former and current employees as well as families have unfortunately experienced time and time again.
