I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.

He swore that he would, and gave me his handshake on it. So, when he texted me approximately 2 months later to tell me that he was no longer going to weed the new beds while I was halfway across the country; sure, I suppose it can be argued that he gave me notice "in advance". I'd ask what the heck I was supposed to do at that point as flower bed upkeep labor is hard to find, particularly when you're not home.
