Some of the dishes that I have tried are: Tarahumara (portobello omelet), Xitomatl (entomatadas), Huichol (chilaquiles con cecina), Mulli (mole Oaxaqueño), Teotihuacán (chilaquiles con chorizo y huevo), and Coyoltzin (puntas de filete).
