I also needed the sewer pipe under the house replaced during the foundation repair. Is piling dirt against your motorcycle instead of asking to move it out of the way a sign of respect? How about using the corner of your backyard as a restroom? When asked, Jorge said I was getting a good deal on the work. Jorge also got the distance wrong on the plumbing while we were talking. To fix his mistake, He blamed it on me and said he needed an extra $1,500. Here is some advice for everyone. Double check that all distance measurements are right. Make sure you move everything out of the way (Far away). Get documents for plumbing work done by the plumber and any pictures BEFORE you pay the final bill. Have them give you the updated measurements of the foundation AFTER the work is finished. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for the pictures of the plumbing under the house they keep promising. The method used to level the foundation is said to be the best. You can hear the house move as they work. This is the reason for 3 stars. The other 2 stars are for the motorcycle, using my backyard as a restroom and me paying for his mistake. I know I live in a poor neighborhood and my house is old and in rough shape and that my house was full of all the crap I have bought over the years. I think they call it hoarding. What isn't pictured is the dumpster in my driveway and all the crap I've collected being thrown away.
