Alon was helpful throughout the process and took the time to communicate with us and address our questions. The team was professional, punctual, and took a thoughtful, step-by-step approach rather than immediately doing a full demolition. They carefully assessed the situation during the process and adjusted the scope based on what was actually needed, which we appreciated. The work was completed successfully, and we passed our post-remediation clearance testing, which gave us confidence that the issue was properly resolved. The crew on-site was respectful and efficient, and we also appreciate that they were willing to work with us on the final cost. Overall, we're satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to others needing mold remediation services.

Nevo took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining everything clearly so we always knew what to expect. One thing that really stood out was how responsive he was. Whenever I had a question, he replied to my texts quickly and was always willing to help. Most importantly, we never felt pressured. They didn't try to upsell us or charge us for products or services we didn't need. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and puts the customer's best interests first. I highly recommend Reactic Restoration DFW to anyone looking for a restoration company they can trust.

Unfortunately, this function was accidentally triggered during a bad thunderstorm and the whole car interior was soaked. Worried about water damage and the potential for mold growth, I started looking for companies that could fix the issue. 911 Restoration responded promptly and I immediately had them go to work for us. And man were these guys awesome. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and professional. From the phone call with the manager to the operators who came to deal with my vehicle, I felt cared for and that everything was going to be taken care of. With these guys, I didn't have to bring my vehicle in. They came to where I was and set up their equipment. My vehicle was soaked so it took about 2 days to completely dry it out. Shout to the operators -- Isaiah, James, and Willard. They were super friendly, had excellent communication, and came by every day of the service see how the drying process was going. You guys were awesome! My car was completely restored! Not one chance that there could've been any moisture left in my vehicle once they were done. I'm very satisfied with the work 911 Restoration has done. I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review to warn others of the severe lack of professionalism, poor workmanship,…read moreand breach of contract we experienced with R3 Industries. After months of attempting to resolve these issues privately, we have seen no progress. Key Issues: Gross Negligence: They removed a window and left a hole in the side of our house exposed to the elements from August until we finally paid out-of-pocket to fix it ourselves. Management and the foreman were aware and did nothing while our home was exposed to weather damage for months. Abysmal Communication: We have had to initiate every single conversation. Foremen made repeated promises--including providing a corrected itemized list--that were never kept. We only recently found out the employees in charge of our project no longer work there, yet we were never notified or given a new point of contact. Substandard Workmanship: Our home is currently a shell of sheetrock with holes, poor paint jobs, and missing trim. Furthermore, a brand-new door they installed is already falling apart. Property Damage & Overcharging: Despite being charged on an itemized list for floor protection, the crew failed to use any. They have also charged us for materials and labor that were never completed, such as corner trims and second coats of paint. We have documented every text, email, and photo of this neglect. R3 Industries has shown a complete lack of accountability. If you value your home and your sanity, look elsewhere.

The tile job in the shower had to be completely ripped out and redone because it was done so poorly. The only reason it got redone is because I would not budge on the issue. The same cannot be said about the tile done for the floors, however. A year and over $7,000 later, the tile is cracking, the grout is coming out, and it now needs to be completely redone. If they are recommended to you from a plumbing company or anything of the sort, as they were for us, do not waste your time or money!! Sohail and Sam are poor excuses for management/project management.

Chambers911 came to our house on a Sunday and walked around looking for water damage. They asked…read morefor $1250 that day and we wrote them a check. The next day they showed up to take pictures of our house. Four people came out, 3 men and 1 woman. They said we only had to pay the deductible and our insurance would pay them the rest. When our flood insurance adjuster came out a few days later he said that the company was not legitimate and they do not pay them directly or any other company. Chambers911 wanted us to move out of our house within 2 days and we could not find a place to stay. They were trying to rush us out of our house to start work. After my daughter and I looked online a lot we found out this company was unethical and had very bad reviews. They have taken several individuals' money and not completed the restoration and not paid their workers. Please do not do business with this company or you will be ripped off. We have not heard from them since they took our money.

My home suffered water damage in the kitchen on December 23,…read more2022. I cleaned all the water up out of the kitchen and waited for chambers911 to arrive. They came that evening and set fans up to dry the floor and took pictures and measurements. He told us home owners insurance would cove it, we called USAA and filed a claim and paid $2000 deductible to chambers911. Insurance paid out to us and our mortgage MandT bank for approval. The ripped up the floor and found no mold, and slowly started removing the flooring. We received the approved check 3 weeks later, and met with Spencer chambers that next week to deposit the check. He told me if I paid him $27585 at that moment they would be able to order all the materials and would not be waiting on anything. We agreed and he put the money in his bank. that week the removed the old flooring and removed all the cabinetry. I told him the flooring I wanted ordered on may 1st, I have the text messages to prove it. He did not order the flooring till June 10th, he had been ignoring my calls the whole time. He finished installing the floor that he had friday july 7th, I went to do a site visit at the end of the day and found they did not finish the flooring because the ran out of product. They were almost 200 sqft short. They did not install the floors they did do correctly at all. I called him and all he wanted was $20,000 more to finish the project. I called my insurance company and they approved $5500 more but no more then that, they also stated this contractor was trying to just get more money from them. I called the contractor and told him that and he argued with me. I came to the conclusion we needed to terminate contract due to poor work performed, unnecessary delay of project and failure to provide receipts of product ordered. I offered him to refund me the money left over, and give me the products he has ordered from the project. He sent me a estimate of $46,066.33. I looked it over and from his estimate witch I have, he double and triple charged items, over charged products that was over the Page 3 of 3 insurance companies estimate and charged us for work that was not done and not done correctly. In the process they broke my granite counter tops when they removed them and forgot to plug the fridge in witch soiled all my frozen meat in the freezer turning the fridge rancid, it will have to be replaced because I cant get the smell out. I have pictures of everything. I want a reasonable refund, money for a new fridge, along with receipts for material or reimbursement for material not delivered to me. I doubt this will be solved without a lawyer, so read this before hiring them.
