I never knew it would be this long but our bodies deliver us challenges that sometimes we have to accept and try our best to overcome them. I was referred to him by my pharmacist at C**. He was the 1st Dr to touch my back in years of muscle spasms. And my face broke out in a sweat. After years of treatment and open communication I am doing very well. I realize that if I was treated as a non human I would still be in agonizing pain and my life would be very difficult as well as mentally exhausted. Because that's what pain does it drains your source of life. I respect Dr Wilson because he listens to me, his staff his very accommodating to scheduling and I don't and can't imagine my everyday life of functioning as a regular human being without the treatment I get here. I am thankful that I am a happy functioning part of the world we call life. I used to live 5 minutes away from his office now I am 40 minutes away and I still choose to come here. He is a respectful Dr to your health and your time. I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment time which is important to me.

Dr. Wilson confirmed what I already knew. In the end it cost me nothing. I've worked for at least seven doctors of various fields from my early 20's including radiology and in a laboratory. I also worked on the Detroit Fire Department, EMS Division. I found that depending on the type of specialties, ones doctor may require additional time depending on the case. Doctor Wilson is very meticulous when making a diagnosis. That alone can cause a backup within patient care during a clinic session, in the emergency room or out in the field during an emergency. I found Dr. Wilson to be a very capable doctor who's working during Covid-19, which can cause delays. I also found his staff too be very capable. If there's a problem he could easily have regular bimonthly staff meetings with a focus on improving timely patient scheduling and billing to better meet patient care. Remember, the doctor and his/her staff should function as a family with the patients well-being in the forefront. Would I revisit or recommend? Yes.

The office is lovely and all the staff are warm and friendly. I was amazed of not only how quickly my chip tooth was fixed, but I had no discomfort in the process. My tooth looks like I never even chipped it! Dr. Katranji is very nice, knows her stuff, and you almost feel like she has been treating you for years the first time you meet her. I feel sorry if someone had a bad experience with Dr. Ruskin and/or his staff, but it is what it is. I am what you may call a worrier, especially when it comes to anything that has to do with sedatives, anesthesia, and cutting body parts open. That being said, I searched high and low for a surgeon when my wisdom teeth were finally putting me in enough pain for me to acknowledge them. After for searching for a month (yes, I'm crazy), I did come across Dr. William Ruskin on a website called usatopdentists.com. Since he is in my area, I googled his name to see if I could confirm that he is worthy of such a title. I came across these reviews and was honestly put off. I met a couple surgeons who not only didn't care for my business, but really didn't seem capable of extracting my teeth. I had two impacted teeth, which needed to be taken out by an oral surgeon, especially because of their close proximity to my nerves. After asking around, it seemed ironic that 2 people who have no relation to each other referred me to Dr. William Ruskin. I decided I had nothing to lose by giving him a shot. Guys, I am young and look even younger than I actually am, so I don't get the best service wherever I go, because you know, people don't take me as serious. Little do they know how vital good customer service is to me. Having said that, I can't express to you how amazing everyone at this office was--especially the receptionist, Renee. She was AWESOME. Not only were they all so courtious, kind and helpful, but they were pretty quick and seemed to know what they were doing. Dr. Ruskin was so absolutely kind, patient and caring that I immediately felt comfortable with him putting me to sleep and taking all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, even with the possible risk of nerve damage. He warned me of it, which I respect. My surgery went perfectly, and I had no complications with healing. I did have dry socket on one side, but that is my own fault for dislodging the clot and was manageable with advil. I went in for my followup the next week, and he said everything looked good. After that, I was on my merry way out. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a surgeon who knows what he's doing and is skilled and kind, at least consult with him. You will not regret it.

Dr. Feldman and his staff could not have been more professional and personable. I don't know about most people, but in my experience, very few docs conclude their initial appointment by telling me that it was a pleasure to meet me. Barry could not have come more highly recommended and he could not have provided better care to this first-time patient. I am THRILLED to have found Barry after searching for the last several years for a physician who provides the quality of care I received on the West Coast. Staff is punctual, friendly, skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. Juanita is very personable and sweet. My only real complaint would be that they try to push a lot of extra stuff on you. Juanita Bahroos's husband is also a dentist and they push his services on you during your whole appointment every time. Stuff like whitening, braces, veneers, and extra services to scan for cancer are offered repeatedly. These "extra services" aren't covered by insurance and only claim to be able to detect oral cancer slightly sooner. And there seems to be a new option every 6 months.

And I am not being told AFTER the procedure, that I owe 2,000 more than what they originally told me. I overpaid 700 and now they want another 1300. I would never have gotten this procedure if I had known. You do not advise someone to make a medical decision and then turn around and extort them for money. I honestly feel like I got conned.
