The office is always so clean and I love that they call me two days before my appointment to remind me that I have one coming up. my nurse practitioner Dina is truly the best. She always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and come up with solutions.

We can hear you out here in the lobby. Both me and my husband required surgery and were pleased with both doctors and the outcome of our respective procedures. I would go back if I didn't have to deal with rudeness at the front desk. I'm sorry if you ladies hate your jobs or the patients, but either suck it up or find another job. Pretty sure you are all qualified for McDonald's.

Finally, the inner ear infection was cured, but my hearing was a little below par - fore!!! The doctor told me that hearing aids were like $3,000 or above! Yikes I told him - I can't afford that!! He said well you live in Wayne County right? I said yes. He said you work in Wayne County, right? I said yes. He then said that I was eligible for assistance!!! OMG - I said well, give me the referral! So, I had to go to Michigan Works in Livonia and talk to a man about rehabilitation services and how not being able to hear and understand students affected my job, in which it did. How many ways/times can you say huh, excuse me, what did you say, can you say that again, speak up!!!!!???? I had to prove that I was sick, easy my medical records at my house is inches deep!!!! Ohhhh.... So, next thing I know I am approved! My medical insurance provided $1,000 and they picked up the rest. So, in essence, it cost me $0 - how much better can that get? So, now I have my hearing aids from The Hearing Center of Excellence, thank you very much and did not have to pay a dime! The only thing is the batteries are only good for about two weeks. Luckily The Hearing Center has a club that you can join for $20 and for another $20 you can get a whole box of batteries. So, whenever I run out of batteries I just go up to the Center and give them $20 and they will give me another box!!! Not bad and I think this saved my job!

My treatment is going…read morewell it's a very successful treatment .They are a stickler for following rules as far as staying your 20 minutes after injections for safety's sake. If you're not willing to stay on track or follow the rules don't bother coming. The doctor specializes in ears nose and throat and I like his personality. This is an office that is located downriver in Riverview on King Road. In addition he has his office on Inkster Road in Garden City.

Please update the forms because you really do not need this information any longer! Hello, have you heard of identity theft???? Was called into the back where I met Dr. Waitzman who asked me what my problems were. I started to tell him, but he said no - about your hearing!!! Oh, I'm confused, you asked me and I started to tell you my life story. Oh well. To get back to my hearing..... He sent me to another place within the office where another doctor came and checked me for hearing loss. Lo and behold - I am a little hard of hearing. It seems like when I am in a room full of people I can't hear anyone who is just talking to me - I hear all the background noise!!! Annoying.. He then takes me into his office and shows me what hearing would be like with a hearing aide! OMG the world opened up. He had said something about there are studies about hearing loss and altzheimers or dementia! Apparently a part of your brain shuts down when you can't hear!!! Is that my problem!???? He tells me at that point that hearing aids are approx. $3000 - cough, cough, gag! I told him I can't afford that! So, this nice, handsome, young doctor gives me a referral and says since I live in Wayne County and work in Wayne County that I am eligible for some funding. I told give me the referral!!! So, next week I have to go to a counselor and we will see what happens there - I will give you an update at that time! Ciao for now.

My ears were extremely impacted with wax and more than one General Practitioner/Internist were not…read moreable to successfully remove it, sometimes even unintentionally making it worse. After coming here my ears are clearer of wax than they have ever been and it didn't hurt one bit too. I left the office without one bit of wax in them and my hearing completely restored to its potential. I'm very grateful.
