If you're not willing to stay on track or follow the rules don't bother coming. The doctor specializes in ears nose and throat and I like his personality. This is an office that is located downriver in Riverview on King Road. In addition he has his office on Inkster Road in Garden City.

The waiting room is tiny and the wait was over 45 minutes after my appointment (I i arrived early). All nurses seemed to be young college students, which normally doesn't matter...... keep reading..... The nurse who came in to ask the typical questions - had a sucker in her hand. I thought she was gonna give it to a child in the waiting room. I was wrong. It was hers. She opened it and was sucking on it the entire time. And not a small dumdum sucker..... Waited again for awhile. The doctor - God bless him - had to have been 90+ years old. He slowly walks in - dropping tools along the way and leaving them there, either for the nurse to pick them up or that was their permanent spot. After dealing with a clogged ear for well over a month, and now accompanied by pain - I decided it was time for an ENT. He said nothing is wrong and sent me on my way. I was shocked. Still am. The nightmare isn't over. The two younger male nurses at the front desk (right by the tiny waiting room and where myself and another woman were sitting 2 feet away) - decided to look through the doctors phone to see how many "apps he had open". Their laptops were on the counter in plain sight - with very work inappropriate stickers all over the front. They continued to swear and make a scene. Please save yourself the trouble, money, time and your health and go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

No, my hearing I do have some hearing loss, but not toooo toooo bad. Maybe it is called selective hearing!!! Walked in and signed in. The young lady behind the counter gave me some forms to fill out. Filled them out and gave them back to her and asked her if she also wanted my firstborn!!!! I hate it when places ask for your social security number - it is none of their business. Please update the forms because you really do not need this information any longer! Hello, have you heard of identity theft???? Was called into the back where I met Dr. Waitzman who asked me what my problems were. I started to tell him, but he said no - about your hearing!!! Oh, I'm confused, you asked me and I started to tell you my life story. Oh well. To get back to my hearing..... He sent me to another place within the office where another doctor came and checked me for hearing loss. Lo and behold - I am a little hard of hearing. It seems like when I am in a room full of people I can't hear anyone who is just talking to me - I hear all the background noise!!! Annoying.. He then takes me into his office and shows me what hearing would be like with a hearing aide! OMG the world opened up. He had said something about there are studies about hearing loss and altzheimers or dementia! Apparently a part of your brain shuts down when you can't hear!!! Is that my problem!???? He tells me at that point that hearing aids are approx. $3000 - cough, cough, gag! I told him I can't afford that! So, this nice, handsome, young doctor gives me a referral and says since I live in Wayne County and work in Wayne County that I am eligible for some funding. I told give me the referral!!! So, next week I have to go to a counselor and we will see what happens there - I will give you an update at that time! Ciao for now.

My ears were extremely impacted with wax and more than one General Practitioner/Internist were not…read moreable to successfully remove it, sometimes even unintentionally making it worse. After coming here my ears are clearer of wax than they have ever been and it didn't hurt one bit too. I left the office without one bit of wax in them and my hearing completely restored to its potential. I'm very grateful.
