I would give this place a zero if I could!…read more This is a husband/ wife practice. She is Internal Medicine and he is Oncologist. I had been a patient of Dr. Desai's since 2018. Never had any issues until last year when Covid hit. They lost their Front Desk clerk and the husband stepped in to schedule appointments and handle AP. I called the office to cancel an appointment during the time they lost their employee but no one would answer the phone so, I left a message that I would cancel appointment. I had not visited their practice for almost a year because no one would answer their phone. Fast forward today, I finally received a call from Dr. Desai and I was able to secure an appointment for today. When I arrived, her husband said I owed $25 from a past no call, no show. I explained I had left a voicemail since no one answered. Dr. Desai (husband) was very rude and insisted that was incorrect. He was very rude and condescending in from of the entire office of patients. I refused to pay for something I did not owe but he insisted and asked me to reschedule. Infuriated, I walked out and called my ride back home. I had to wait outside in the cold with no socks because I had surgery on my foot and couldn't wear anything but flip flops. 45 minutes later, my ride arrived. Needless to say, I have already found a better doctor.

Over the past year, she has been willing to try different approaches to help my husband and I find solutions that work. I've been a patient at Kaiser Permanente⁠ for about eight years, and I have never had a doctor quite like her. Dr. Canady is something special. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to her patients set her apart.
