Never had any issues until last year when Covid hit. They lost their Front Desk clerk and the husband stepped in to schedule appointments and handle AP. I called the office to cancel an appointment during the time they lost their employee but no one would answer the phone so, I left a message that I would cancel appointment. I had not visited their practice for almost a year because no one would answer their phone. Fast forward today, I finally received a call from Dr. Desai and I was able to secure an appointment for today. When I arrived, her husband said I owed $25 from a past no call, no show. I explained I had left a voicemail since no one answered. Dr. Desai (husband) was very rude and insisted that was incorrect. He was very rude and condescending in from of the entire office of patients. I refused to pay for something I did not owe but he insisted and asked me to reschedule. Infuriated, I walked out and called my ride back home. I had to wait outside in the cold with no socks because I had surgery on my foot and couldn't wear anything but flip flops. 45 minutes later, my ride arrived. Needless to say, I have already found a better doctor.
