What did I like about Dr Padilla, everything! Initial pre-COVID consultation was informative with no pressure what so ever to book an appointment. This was my first time considering BoTox and Filler, so I was a bit apprehensive. I delayed making an appointment because of COVID, and finally went back in for the procedures in September. I received wonderful care during my abdominal liposuction and for my follow up appointments. 5 stars is definitely in order here. Everyone here is so nice, from the office people to the actual providers. They've obviously changed their practices a bit, in light of all the pandemic stuff going on. However, everything is extremely sterile and sanitary, and the entire office is immaculate. What else would you really expect, if you're having these kind of hair removal services done though. Now, as for my results, there didn't seem to be too much observable difference at first. That was after only the first few weeks. However, after consistently keeping and attending all of my sessions here, I've noticed considerable difference within the past year. (Actually, a little more than a year now... about 16 months or so in total, so far.) The hair is much thinner and lighter, especially around my bikini line and underarms area. My legs are also a lot smoother now, and I don't feel as self-conscious about showing them off at the beach or now that warmer summer weather has arrived. Overall, this is a great practice, very well-operated with highly competent doctors and administrative office people working in a very sterile and immaculately clean office. This is definitely a practice that I'd recommend without any reservation to any woman (or even man) looking to achieve noticeable results, in terms of lesser or thinner hair in areas that you don't want. Maybe they're priced a bit higher on the end of the spectrum than other mediocre hair removal service companies in Bloomfield, Hartford, Windsor, etc. However, in my brutally honest opinion (and trust me, I wouldn't lie to you now, would I? lol), this practice is worth every penny! read more

I've been to this clinic twice. Let's just say that my experience was one of the best I've ever had. I went see Doctor Padilla to get my lip fillers fixed, I had previously had went somewhere else in Massachusetts where I am from & they totally messed up my lips! I was just there again on valentines Day for a a touch up and again I am very pleased.. always make sure when getting fillers in any part of your face that the injector takes time to analyze your face. Some don't and that's what had previously happened to me. I recommend this place over and over again.. I will be back in a few months.. You won't be disappointed. I first met Dr. Babara Padilla of Abbey Aesthetics when I was looking for a Primary Physician. She is an MD and can handle all of my health needs and this made me feel SO confident in what she had to offer for cosmetic treatments from hair removal to peels to state of the art laser treatments of EVERY kind! I went to Dr. Padilla because she has a Cutera Excel V laser. I had an almost dime size venous lake on my lip for 15 yrs due to an injury. Other doctors told me that the only way to get rid of it was surgery which would leave a large scar. I was advised that leaving it alone and just covering the purple mark with lipstick was my best option. Over the years I kept checking to see if laser technology would advance to the point of working for my problem. It has!!! Dr Padilla used the Excel V on my venous lake and in just one treatment it is gone. The day of treatment the purple lump was gone and totally flat. I did not have any blistering or peeling of any kind. My lip was slightly swollen for about a day or two but not painful. Within a few weeks my lip looked like it did before the injury. It has been 2 months since treatment and everything is still perfect. Not only did I have a perfect outcome but the cost was very affordable. If I could put more than 5 stars I would. Came in to talk about laser hair removal but specifically also about various cosmetic options for my face. Consultant didn't even put me in the chair and look at my face in any significant light; suggested that I have electrolysis instead of the laser procedure; and seemed uninterested in giving me suggestions for my face.
