She was very communicative and flexible as well as friendly and personable. The fact that we could have the wedding at the chapel and the reception next door (for a very good price) was huge for us. The event itself went off without a single issue. Juli and her staff were amazing and extremely professional. She made herself available the whole time for any questions or concerns. Both buildings themselves looked amazing come wedding day and are very spacious. The gazebos and the lake offered stunning pictures. We were promised things for our event (that we paid for in advance) that weren't available. The guests at our wedding were treated rudely. The review link on stern center fb page has been removed after we wrote an honest review of our experience and how we felt that we weren't treated like the customer. No worries because the word is out! Although we wish great for great success for their future, we will continue to not recommend business at this venue. One rude employee can ruin it for many and that is exactly what happened with us and our experience.

The room comfortably accommodated our 175 guests. The rental cost of the room included linens and a person to serve the cake. It was the best value in town! My siblings and I live out-of-town, and we did most of our dealings with Mike Reeh (the manager and chef) over the phone. He was a delight to work with and he was very professional (with over 30 years in the business). His manner is very casual--for example, no email and nothing is written down--but he followed through with every detail of our verbal contract. We did not have the opportunity to taste the food beforehand--cheese and crackers, hummus and pita chips, BBQ meatballs, cocktail sandwiches, fruit tray, veggie tray--but it was excellent. Many of our guests stated that the party and its setting were wonderful. We couldn't have been happier with the experience of planning and holding the party at the Arbor Village Clubhouse.
