She was very communicative and flexible as well as friendly and personable. The fact that we could have the wedding at the chapel and the reception next door (for a very good price) was huge for us. The event itself went off without a single issue. Juli and her staff were amazing and extremely professional. She made herself available the whole time for any questions or concerns. Both buildings themselves looked amazing come wedding day and are very spacious. The gazebos and the lake offered stunning pictures. I had to place four blankets for my 10 year old. Could feel the coils underneath. Not the cleanest room. Not enough toilet paper. Room service people were kinder than front desk. Bathroom sink clogged. Fridge was leaking. No coffee cups. Called front desk regarding fridge issue. They never called back or showed up. I didn't follow up on it. Gave up after the I unprofessional front desk response. Breakfast buffet. Not very well managed. All bread inside its bags. People grabbing bread to toast with bare hands. Didn't see any thongs for it. Eggs were watery/nasty. Waffles, hard and dry. Dinner at Jbar is decent. Next time, will stay at the Hampton Inn. I give it three stars because the suite has good square footage.

Turns out someone left some presents in the pool... Big poops! Luckily, far in the deep end. We went in the hot tub for a few minutes after meticulously checking it. One reason we stayed at a hotel with a pool was to swim; so, that was a bit disappointing. Can't really blame the hotel for this. Could have happened anywhere. The elevators are likely to give the rider anxiety with the noises, bouncing, and variations in height at landing (a tripping hazard). The furniture is falling apart in the rooms, the stitching on the comforters has failed causing the inter material to settle to the foot, giving you only a thin sheet to cover you, and the water pressure would be greater if you poured a bottle of water on yourself. With all the "crazy" that goes along with organizing a large event for nearly 220 people, Nicole has a calm confidence that allows you to relax a bit and know that all is good and no need to worry about a thing.... she handles it all beautifully.
