Look at her reviews on FB....she does amazing work. I have used V&V many times, even with short notice d/t my son only telling me a day before he was going to his Jr. prom. She was more than understanding and extremely accommodating. The flowers were well done and beautiful. And because of her kindness and being so understanding with our last-minute request, I used her floral shop several more times for my sons Sr. prom and other school dances. As far as the "junk" in her store from the other reviewer, I find her shop to be very quaint and enticing to peruse. I love looking through her finds and have made a few purchases from the antique side of the shop.

The person who ordered them FOR ME complained to the company that outsourced to them. They called me and left a VERY curt message saying they were going to pick them up and to leave them outside. I was confused so I called back and a woman was equally curt and refused to disucss it and told me to leave them outside (in below freezing weather) to kill them and any joy that might be derived from them. I left them out for a couple of hours and then brought them back in to respect the life of the flowers that gave their lives... they never showed up. If you don't like spreading joy and happiness... maybe don't have a flower shop?

I could have stayed all day visiting with the accomplished flower arranger and looking over all her creations! I walked out with not only a lovely arrangement I had planned on purchasing, but another unusual and beautiful arrangement for another burial site, and an order for a Christmas themed stand with a bird house, flowers, and cardinal to be packaged and sent to my home in California. The last item now looks lovely next to my fireplace and I am sure it will receive rave reviews at a party I am hosting on Monday. I wish I did not live 3,000 miles away. Please do not support this shop, but support the actual artists directly. They are changing their name and escaping a previous long-time reputation. I had an awful time fighting to get my handmade products back, and the money I was owed for what sold. It was an awful experience.

I expressed a not great experience with the store owners wife who, apparently, doesn't "work"…read morethere, even though she's constantly referred to when expressing their constant sorrow and regret for stealing from their vendors and was I turn called a liar by the owner. She then got frustrated that I chose a "bad time" to express my bad experience because they're having some issues, you know, with the fact that they've defrauded several of their vendors out of payment or goods. It's not just what they've done, it's the fact that this is the third time they're just starting over with a new name, in a new location, and figure they can just continue to get away with screwing over local artists. It's an appalling way to do business and they should really be ashamed of their practices, as should the people who support them, rather than supporting the artists who are fighting for the money they are OWED that's already been spent.
