We placed our order in January 2018 and were told it would take 8 weeks for the furniture to be made and delivered. It was ready to be delivered in April, as promised (no complaints there), but we were out of town. As a result, it was delivered in May (again, no complaints) but that is when the issues began and never stopped. Two of the chairs that we ordered were on the showroom floor in Canonsburg and were scheduled to be delivered with the rest of the furniture, which was at the warehouse in Monroeville. When making the final payment, the salesman confirmed it would all be delivered together, but it was not. 1. When the first delivery was made, all of the furniture from the warehouse arrived, but the two chairs from Canonsburg did not. On the invoice, these chairs were identified as accessories and the warehouse workers showed no initiative to find the chairs or to clarify what the "accessory" label meant on the paperwork. The missing chairs were delivered the next day after we called. 2. While the first delivery was being made, we discovered that one of the leather chairs (expensive, hand built in USA, and inspected by the manufacturer) had a scuff on the binding on the top right hand corner of the chair. When we showed it to the delivery man, he advised he would be able to fix it, but decided otherwise. We sent photos of the damage to our salesman in Canonsburg who agreed it should be returned to the factory for repair. 3. The damaged chair was not picked up from our house until mid-June and then sat in the warehouse in Monroeville for 2 more weeks before being sent to the factory in North Carolina. In the interim, we were told that they would deliver a loaner chair to use and that they would bring one that matched our furniture. The loaner chair that we received is much lower quality, does not match any of our new furniture, and looks terrible with the rest of the new furniture in that room. 4. It is now mid-August and we still have the ugly loaner chair and no idea when our original, repaired chair will be returned. We have called Quality Furniture multiple times and they are unable to provide any timeline whatsoever. An order placed in January, which was supposed to only be 8 weeks has now become 7 months and we still don't have the full order that we placed. While the furniture is beautiful with excellent quality, due to the lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, I would not recommend this dealer and I would never purchase from them again. Too much time and money has been spent on such very poor service, especially since we were refused a refund and continue to wait for our chair.

Yes sometimes it has been a while before delivery but he has told me that at the time of purchase. I enjoy shopping here because of the quality and the service, and the delivery team has always been professional setting it up completely and leaving no mess or packaging behind.

Policy is refund within 10 business days. It is over that now and the only response was that it has been busy and they have no idea when my refund will be processed. This is after already being told I would receive my refund the middle of last week, then the end of last week, then by today. Horrible customer service for a company with such well made products. The finish on the non stick pan has worn away after just two years of use, with strictly wood or silicon utensils used. I have a good mind to assemble a class-action suit against this company as there are hundreds of complaints on Amazon, Crate and Barrel, Reddit, etc, regarding the misleading "Lifetime Warranty" which is farcical. If the pan's coating wears off too soon, how is it NOT a manufacturing problem? Is it the customer's fault? After several attempts to get some kind of credit via Pierre at Customer Service, and his failure to get any real help, I called their main office in Pennsylvania and I have left two messages with Pat Troutman, who has not returned my calls in the last 6 days. I am concerned with toxicity of having used this pan, and deeply dissatisfied with the horrific customer service associated with this now escalated issue. The non stick coating is all over the internet with reviews like "terrible" and " will never buy again" yet I received an email saying there are "no known issues." That's what's called "willful ignorance." I will keep you all posted on my instagram. Let's hope they do the fair and equitable thing.
