When we wanted to sell the house 2 years later, Virginia Country Real Estate in Gloucester said it was only 1,500 sq ft with a 600 sq. ft garage. We paid over $200,000 for the house, but they said they could only sell it for $150,000. We found another realtor and sold the house for $175,000. Do not do business with Virginia Country. You will be sorry.
