My realtor and I tried reaching out from day one just to open an account for monthly payments. After only three months (yes, three!), I finally got access. Then came the roof leak -- water coming through the ceiling. I submitted a request, waited patiently... and waited some more. Two months later? Still no action, not even an update. I also asked for parking approval for my work truck -- silence. Requested a copy of the HOA's insurance -- silence again. Communication apparently isn't their strong suit. Friends warned me about how terrible this HOA was, but I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. Now I can confirm -- they were absolutely right. Unresponsive, disorganized, and impossible to deal with.

After moving out, they sent what they said was left of my security deposit withholding over $800, most of which was for cleaning an already cleaned house. After many emails and calls over 2 month's time, they have stopped communicating with me. My next step is probably going to be a civil suit.
