We made the mistake of hiring Dave Grech to be our realtor. He helped my sister sell her home & he…read morewas on the way to becoming a family friend. As soon as we were ready to view homes, he claimed he was out of town & sent sent his friend Cyril Petrop to help us with viewing homes. We NEVER heard from Dave after that & he gave us as clients to Cyril Petrop WITHOUT Our consent. DAVE NEVER SPOKE TO US ABOUT CYRIL BEING OUR REALTOR. We didn't find out that Dave wasn't our realtor until the contracts came out. There was NEVER any conversation about Cypril being our realtor. Dave dishonestly passed us off to his friend. We should have discontinued working with them after this dishonest act, but we gave them another chance. We told Cyril we wanted closing costs to be covered! He claims he doesn't remember. Long story short we are out of $10,000 because he doesn't remember us mentioning closing costs. We have multiple witnesses that we mentioned this to Cyril. We would ask Cyril a simple question like "Does this house have washer and dryer" and it would take him TWO WEEKS to get back to us. Cyril would ask us to call/schedule our own appointments, including the appointment for closing. He was not much of a help at all. Cyril didn't explain ANYTHING To us. Just sent us contracts & said SIGN THIS. We would ask a simple question like "does this house have washer and dryer?" And it would take WEEKS for him to get back to us. It is upsetting that they are totally okay with screwing us out of $10,000. We are a military family. My husband was going through chief season and I had just lost my aunt tragically. We entrusted Liz Moore, Dave & Cyril and now we are out of $10,000. In the end Liz Moore refused to hold Cyril Petrop accountable for his $10,000 mistake & WE had to pay for it. Liz Moore told us we "should have read the contract more" Is it not our realtors responsibility to translate the legal language of contracts & negotiate on our behalf? Cyril Petrop failed to do all of the above. Using Dave Grech, Liz Moore & Cyril Petrop to purchase a new home was the biggest mistake we made. They took advantage of a young military family, and refuses to make it right.

She worked day and night for us to find our perfect home. I would highly recommend Victoria because besides her being such a hard worker, she's super nice and humble and knows Hampton roads like the back of her hand.
