We called ahead earlier in the day, wanting a specific bourbon. Three bottles. The person on the phone said it is one of their stock items and they should have it in stock. (He did not look to confirm). We went out of our way and rushed our activity to get to the store before they closed. They did NOT have the bourbon in stock and there was not even a sticker for it to go on the shelf. Not a happy customer!!

It took over 2 weeks and nearly 10 phone calls to get our money back. In addition, Carolyn would never return a call and it took us visiting the office to get all of our promised refund back. Carolyn is a poor owner and treats her employees terrible. Do not rent from this place and surely don't work for her.
