He really knows what he is doing, has a knack for it, and very much individualizes treatment (he does more than a generic, one-size-fits-all adjustment). They also have massage tables to start off every treatment, and it feels great. I saw him for scoliosis, but I also went to see him following a car accident. I was unable to move my neck. I completely trusted him, though, and sure enough, one snap-crackle-pop later, I had neck motion. He's also a nice guy, and Carol at the front desk is really nice too. Dr. Seery was one of the only perks of living in that part of Virginia. No offense to anyone who still lives there.

One only adjust the alignment of your spine via adjustments. And the other treats the root cause of your misalignment or discomfort in addition to aligning your spine with an adjustment. That's why I could never replace Dr Bill (&Carol). He treats me, not just my spine. And, he's excellent at it. That's why I drive 37 miles from home to go back and see them 26 years later. They help me feel better, sleep better, and enjoy my life just a little bit more (some days, a lot more). He's treated family members to include my wife, son, and even a 8-10 month old baby. He noticed our baby wasn't rotating his head in one direction fully and had some nasal congestion. He asked if we were comfortable with him helping our son. I'll admit, we were surprised at the thought of adjusting a baby's spine. But we trusted him and said yes. Thirty seconds later the child had complete range of neck motion and a runny nose for two minutes from the fluid the misalignment had trapped in his sinuses being released. No more congestion. I was with Dr. Giltz for about 10 minutes and he did a full evaluation, pinpointing each area that was giving me so much trouble. I had a hard time finding a chiropractor or masseuse who could get to right points but he found everywhere that needed work and used a few techniques and a tool to work out the issues while explaining it to me. My headaches have improved greatly seeing Dr. MacDowall, as well as my sciatica pain. His staff is always above in beyond , they always are kind , professional and personable. I never have trouble getting in if I am having a bad day of chronic pain and need to be seen which is a blessing. I drive an hour round trip just to go, and it's totally worth it !

Then when I went for a follow-up to the surgery I was told it would be covered under my surgery cost only to get billed for it a year later. I tried to call the billing department they only transferred me from call to call saying it wasn't their problem and proceeded to lecture me and give me an attitude. Do not use this company unless you want a major headache.
