They were so nice and professional. They took the time to ask us what we were looking for in our boutonnières and took our order. They also were able to find the roses we were looking for and had them ordered and delivered on time for our wedding. We asked if they could order holiday roping/garland for our house. They could, so we ordered it in time for our holiday decorations. They looked awesome and comparable pricing to other stores. After a tiny florist shop closed in South Berwick Maine I had very low expectations and doubted I could find a florist who could deliver a cheerful, fresh, and beautiful bouquet to my parents. If a loved one deserves amazing flowers and you are in a state far away, it is sad because you just want to bring them there yourself. Because I have sent flowers to South Berwick for the past twenty five years I have an understanding what I'd like to pay for the service. When the shop was in the same town, $50 seemed logical. This time I splurged for $75 because it is a little bit over a five mile drive from the shop to my parents. Don't get me wrong, I send flowers as often as needed and visit in person as often as I can afford! I live out of state now, and officially, "from away," as some Mainers might say. I'm grateful I have found a new florist who I can trust in a pinch.

Silk and and cut flowers at every turn, inviting wreaths, and some sweet ocean treasures. My first impression was that Christine has an eye for style, quality and aesthetic! I spent AGES looking for a florist who I felt confident could match my vision and Sally completely surpassed my expectations (which were incredibly high). As soon as I stubbled across her website, I knew I wanted to work with her. Not only is her portfolio beautiful, but her commitment to sustainability and community sealed the deal. It amazes me that Sally grows the flowers herself and cuts them no more than 36 hours before the event. I literally want to copy and paste all of the information on regenerative practices from her website (but I will resist the urge), please check it out!! Sally's entire planning process is so high-touch and meticulously thought out. She creates beautiful, in-depth design proposals to make sure she's absolutely nailing your vision and makes tweaks until you're completely in love (it doesn't take many changes because her eye for floral design is incredible). Sally is one of the most professional and proactive vendors that I had the privilege of working with. I told her I was going to have 12 tables and then ended up adding tables and totally forgot to mention it to her (this was entirely my fault and a complete surprise to her when she showed up on Saturday morning to set-up). I imagine many florists would've either left those extra tables with no flowers or would've tried to get in touch with me to explain the issue (that would've been pretty stressful for a bride to deal with on her wedding morning). Instead, by the time I arrived at the venue, Sally had already expertly problem solved to create additional (and exquisite) arrangements for my extra tables. I truly cannot recommend Silver Street Flower Farm enough--the arrangements from Sally were a dream come true. I got all my veggie and herb plants here and they grew much better than I've had before! Also beautiful HUGE hanging baskets! I can't even mention all the docent kinds of flowers they have. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great products they have fertilizer and they have organic pesticides and soil testing kits. They are only open in the springtime tho, so make sure you make it before the end of June when they close for the season!
