When pulling into Abbotsford, a leafspring on the snowmobile trailer snapped. Long story short after a few phone calls, these two were like lifesavers. Including Sue driving to meet us at Kwik Trip to bring a jack for the trailer so we could get the tire off so we could limp it to their garage. At which point, Kevin put all of his other work to the side, moving stuff around to fit our trailer in his garage so he could work on it immediately. We had to drive to Wausau for the right parts, but this outcome was better than we could have imagined. Truly thankful for good people on this earth!

I purchased a used pressure washer with a leaky hose and bad nozzle…read more Instead of trying to sell me a new high priced hose they suggested they cut the hose back to the leaky spot, only two feet from the end and put a new terminal on the end. Then they rebuilt my nozzle. I just washed my car with my $50 garage sale pressure washer and it works great!!

Definitely wouldn't go to for service again. Supposedly did tire rotations, balancing, tires and…read morealignment but tires went bad way before they were due. I explained issue and they said they'd call and back to me, but never did. I have taken vehicle there a few times. Explained my brakes were going bad and they did those. Other garage looked and said bad cylinder when they seemed like they didn't want to look. They replaced an o2 sensor Supposedly and that went bad 2 weeks after doing it so did they just reset it and not do the work? The tires had a bad tie rod which other place found, but were they looking when they did rotations? Seems fishy. They fixed a leaking line for power steering and that started leaking again and other garage explained they should've used a different hose and actually took time to fix it. This garage seems like they want to help, but do the least possible and or are incompetent.
