V&H will gladly sell you a lemon! This dealership will be receiving a MV2338 DMV formal complaint after I traded in my truck for a Jeep that has been sitting in a Jeep dealership for over 2 weeks with an oil leak, suspension leak, heated seats that don't work, headlights that intermittently shut off and god knows what else I haven't found yet. When anything else breaks on this vehicle I will be contacting mopar, this dealer, and whomever else I have to.. After two weeks another dealer told me it would be $588 to fix the headlight issue and V&H did offer to pay for the headlight issue... but I had to spend two hours on the phone and only after the warranty said it wasn't covered... (after being sold that the warranty would cover it) Ive spent hours and now 5 trips to a different dealership close to my house to resolve this. (My current Jeep looks like a ram because I still don't have the car I bought ). I picked it up two weeks later and guess what? Still a problem with the lights. 15 days in a minivan and ram, 5 trips to the dealership and... lemon. This dealership will sell you a problem and will screw you over. They do. Not. Care. Drive to Point or anywhere else to buy a car from a dealership who understands ethics and have mechanics who actually inspect vehicles prior to selling them. Took my Transit 350 in for a rear brake job, I believe they did a good job. Unfortunately, dealerships are too pricey, but that is nationwide. I live 50 miles away from here and have tried two other Ford dealerships in the area, I think V & H Service Dept is the best. At least, I have had no issues with them, so I drive the 50 miles to get it done right. I would recommend their service dept to anyone. read more

Its one of the larger dealerships in the area . They have a decent selection of cars, average pricing. The service department is a little pricey as far as the hourly rate, but they do a decent job and have a nice quick lane that is price competively. It really depends on what you are looking for. After talking about a vehicle I was highly motivated to buy online with a salesmen for VH. I wont say your name but you know who you are. He had to check with the manager on a question on the price. after waiting for 22 minutes for a reply the response I received was "the manager is mnore(sic) motivated when you are here, sorry for that bit of news that's how it goes, we had a few people interested. thanks" Now I understand motivation and being present is always better but I specifically sought out your dealership for a specific vehicle from 200 miles away. As luck would have it VH just so happens to have instant messaging available to directly talk to a person remotely. I assume you allow this type of access to bring in more business and encourage people to come in personally. Now, I also know that we are encouraged to ask questions about certain vehicles because the chat window prior to opening says click here with questions to be connected with sales. Now I am not smarter than your average bear but to me there is a natural trust in doing this that i will be answered, with no due reason for being handled poorly or told that in essence " Meh, you're not really that important, we have other people interested in the vehicle so... screw off" Ok, so maybe that truck gets sold before i can get there, but what were to happen if i made the trip and found something else I liked, or possibly, what would have happened if you practiced those sales skills and showed me something different and made me an offer I couldn't refuse? Well, I guess we will never know. In the past eight years we purchased four new vehicles from V&H, 2 new F150's and 2 new Edges. We have also had all of our service work done at V&H during that time period. Approximated 1 month ago, we went there to get an outright price on a new Edge, the salesman we dealt with in the past was no longer at V&H, the salesman we talked to was known as "The Fun One". The price we were quoted was close to what we intended to pay, our counter offer was $255 less, the salesman said he would take our offer to his manager, but first asked if we wanted the rust proofing and extended warranty, to which we said no. He was gone a short time and came back and said the manager declined our offer. We thought that since we had done a lot of business in the past our counter offer was very reasonable, and were disappointed that it was not accepted. It seems that once we told the salesman that we did not want the extended warranty and rust proofing, he lost interest in doing business with us. Mikes a good sales guy who will try his best to make it fun and worth your time and money.

I went to the Dodge Service Desk at service to have two door locks fixed and a brake job done. Upon pick up covers to my door were still laying on the dash, and 3 days later the all brakes light went on my dash. I had spent 41,200 dollars to get those problems fixed and when I returned was told that I needed a $650 dollar ABS module installed. I took it to a local repair shop and they reset the ABS module and it has not gone off any longer. It feels like this place is a OVER PRICED REPAIR SHOP designed to pull money from the car owner. read more

Todd and the V&H team made what is normally a stressful and chaotic time an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I can say that their customer service is second to none! They went well above and beyond my highest expectations and I sincerely enjoyed working with them in finding and driving my first new vehicle off of the lot. I can honestly admit that I am not the easiest customer..often asking annoying and hundreds of questions, but they always answered my questions promptly and as if it was the first question I had asked them.
